We just got a new condo in Brisbane and I want to install plantation shutters for one of the windows. Contacted Eli via phone and he is always very responsive, he came to my place for both measurement and installation on Saturdays, which indeed helps me a lot in saving the workday time. The quality of shutters are good, Eli is very particular with details, also teaches me patiently on how to open/​close/​clean/​maintain the shutters to make sure it is always in a good condition. The price is reasonable considering the costs for good quality materials, time for measuring and installing. I only get one window for shutters this time but will definitely highly recommend Eli for my friends.

We just moved to the area two month ago and had Shutter Mart of San Mateo install our shutters and we love them. After getting several quotes and having Eli out twice to walk us thru options, we placed our order. A week later Eli called to let us know they were ready and we had them installed the same weekend. The quality is great, the price was very reasonable and his installation team was speedy and professional.

I wish all contractors were as great to work with as Eli was. Really amazing customer service, and great quality work. He transformed the entire front of my house for a great price and in slightly less time than he had originally quoted. Too bad I am out of windows!

I had 3 broken shutters that I’d been living with for over a year. I finally decided to get it fixed and found Eli (owner) on Unilocal.He came over to check the shutters and found out that it would be a pretty small and easy job to fix. He said that there would be a 3-​week wait for the shutter replacement parts to be manufactured and sent to him. But, only a week and a half later, he called and said he had the parts. He came over that afternoon and fixed them. They look great. I can’t even tell where the broken parts were! I’m thrilled.
And, I really appreciated that he set my expectations lower (that it would take 3 weeks) and did the job quicker than that. I am so used to contractors that always take twice as long as they say, particularly when it’s a small and insignificant job. So, Eli was a breathe of fresh air!

I just had my installation done and it looks so beautiful. I now have shutter doors for my closets and shutters for my front window. What a great job. Eli was recommended by a friend and I am so thankful. He was so professional, great price, and supplied helpful information so I could make my decisions easily. I just purchased a new home this year and wanted to use some type of window dressing to block the sun and have some privacy. After doing some research my wife and I decided to go with shutters though out most of the house. First thing I did was get a few different estimates and decided to go with ShutterMart. The prices are very good and affordable. Eli the owner was very friendly and made the process very comfortable. He showed me some displays and was very professional in his manner. He broke down the prices for each window. The quality of these shutters are second to none as well. The turn around time for making the shutters and install was very fast. I definitely will be using Eli of ShutterMart for any of my families shutter needs.
