Came in today last minute to do some shipments and the girl there I believe her name is Yasmin was super helpful she helped me send some goodies to my friends in Southern California! I love the location because it’s so close to my workplace and due to the fact that the post office closes early and they are open later I definitely will come to this location because of their great costumer service

I have had a mailbox here for the past two years they are great and professional, they provide great customer service, very personable. Its nice to have a family environment were you feel comfortable. I feel confident in faxing, shipping and mailing its a one stop Shop. Amazing staff great service. They even do notary services too.

My most convenient ups store also happens to be the one with the worst customer service. I was there today being helped by a lady who won’t even look at me when we were talking, clearly someone who doesn’t have any customer service skills or care about their customers. She seems really busy but not too busy to be on her cell phone. The way she talked was very disrespectful. I have shipped my stuff twice with them in the past and they’ve always asked for my email cause somehow they were not able to print the receipt right away which is kind of weird, and in the end I never got a receipt! I am pretty sure this person isn’t the owner of the store, and I hope the owner finds out about this employee and do something about it before she drives all the customer away. I ended up getting help from another ups store about a mile away with has much more professionalism and great customer service.

This review is for this specific UPS store, not the UPS company. This location is a drop off spot for DHL. My company uses DHL for international mail and we generally schedule DHL pickup. A couple months ago, I decided to bring the DHL mail to drop off instead of scheduling delivery since I was going to 99 Ranch next door. When I went to drop it off, the gal at the counter said there was a $ 5DHL drop off fee. WTH? I was able to wrangle the charge to be $ 5 for all 3 envelopes, but the gal originally wanted $ 5 for each piece of mail! I That is ridiculous since same day PICKUP by DHL was $ 4/piece. On top of that, who charges for the privilege to DROPOFF mail? Plus, the conversation went deeper as she tried to blame DHL. She straight out lied about DHL practices which I know is not the case, but I won’t get into that part. As fate may have it, our Company DHL rep called in to check on their service of our account a couple weeks later. I mentioned my experience with this UPS store drop off location. He was appalled. He said that DHL already paid them to be a drop off center and was not suppose to be charging their customers. He said that he was going to escalate this and resolve it right away. A couple weeks later I was in the area anyways and asked the(same) UPS store gal if there was a charge to drop off DHL mail. This time she said no. This location is completely unethical, making up random charges along the way. Perhaps they should start charging for the privilege to walk through the door… door charge? Zero stars.
