my neighbor says: «stay away from Water Heater Professionals, Inc. I made the mistake of calling them in because of the sticker they supplied that I stuck on my water heater. Overcharged me and, when I smelled gas the next morning, they came in and claimed that there was no problem and wanted to charge me for the visit. Called PG& E who found they had made a faulty connection to the gas line which was verified by another plumber. Complained to the Better Business Bureau and, after 6 months, gave up as they kept stonewalling. Also very abusive when I talked to them.»
