The employees don’t seem very happy here. The guy at the counter was obviously in a bad mood and doesn’t like his job very much. And all of the techs looked like they didn’t want to be there. I also heard them talking crap about another employee right at the counter where all of the customers can hear. It was just really awkward. Also, They didn’t seem very busy but the guy with the long hair took forever to finish my car. I just hope I don’t have to take it back.

I have started using Big O Tires in Fountain Hills this past year. I have always received excellent customer service and they helped me fix an ongoing issue with my Jeep. I recommend their service and appreciate being able to have a go-​to place that I can trust. Tom and the rest of the team have been great!

I have been going to Big O tires at this location for the past 9 years and had total trust in them until my last oil change a tire rotation. This is my third visit for tire rotation and the two previous times they told me that my tires had been rotated. This time the technician asked where my device was to unlock the wheels which was never asked before since they never rotated my tires even though they said that they did. I am no longer a trusted customer at this location and would like to found out who the owner is to inform him of the bad practices at this location
