After having gone to 2 other stores, including the other Verizon franchise here in Fountain Hills (who not only gave up on fixing my problem, they nearly broke my Otter Box case fooling with it out of curiosity!!), the people in the TCC franchise store on Shea worked on the problem until they diagnosed and fixed it!!!
Six star rating!!!
