The guys at Alpha are chill and helpful. They presented great ideas for sets. Made the whole experience simple and not complicated like other places I’ve been to. I liked how they did a clear run through of my whole order at the end to make sure there was no misunderstandings. Two thumbs up for Donovan and Bender’s customer service.

This is definitely my new go-​to place for any sort of embroidery, definitely recommend this place!

May be a little difficult to find at first, but there’s a sign out front so you can’t miss it once you’re inside the plaza. I’ve been to multiple embroidery places and this is hands down the best place I’ve been to. They have samples of jackets that are hanging by the waiting area and they also have custom fabrics out on display that you can use.

They also do paddles for Greek life, so I would call and ask about those too. They don’t just do embroider for Greek life on college campuses, they do a lot more custom embroidery! I’ve seen pictures of their embroidery on duffle bags, towels, and pretty much any sort of shirt you could want, so I decided to come in to place an order.

Shout out to Donovan for helping me with my order, it was a very easy process and the letters came out very clean! I brought in some custom fabric that I wanted to get on some baseball jackets and I needed help deciding what colors and fonts to get. He was incredibly patient with me and showed me different combinations of colors and told me his opinion on what looked best. I’m very satisfied with how they came out, so thank you again Donovan!

My letters turned out great except I did show what size I wanted for the anchor on the sleeve of the jacket. They made it significantly smaller than I asked (like by half the size) and it just looked silly. I thought they’d catch something like that since I spent way more to get my letters done through them. After I noticed and brought up the arm tag they told me they weren’t sure if it could be fixed but I could get 10% off my next order lol… What? 10% off my NEXT ORDER for you messing up my $ 200 order??! Kind of annoying on their part since they should have done what they could to fix their mistake on that order. I’m not planning to get more letters since I’m a senior so the discount on another order is of no use to me

I would highly recommend this place. I had a job for them to embroider a hand full of towels in just one week and they were able to deliver on time without jeopardizing the quality. I would definitely come back here for all my future embroidery and tshirt screening (once they have it) needs.

I did a lot of shopping around: looking at a local vendor in the Santa Barbara area and multiple online vendors. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a single place that suited my needs. Our usual vendor offered a limited selection of fabrics and takes nearly a month to pump out a single set. Although the online vendors had wider variety, they couldn’t offer a tangible preview of what I’d be creating.
Enter Alpha Greek Apparel. Jason and the staff here provided an amazing experience, walking me through every step of the process and answering my questions. Any questions I had about fabric/​thread pairings or even color matching were answered in a quick and professional manner. From start to finish, the order process took me less than 20 minutes.
Another huge perk is the speed they’ll finish your order. I ordered the end of the day Tuesday (¹²⁄₂₉) and they were finished on ¹⁄₅. That’s remarkable, especially concerning they were closed Thursday through Sunday due to the holiday.
Quality was amazing and I’m incredibly excited to give them as a gift. Definitely coming back for at least one or two sets more.

Honestly this review is long over due, but this is the best place to go and get letters done! Jason is literally the best at his job and actually cares about his customers! He tries his best to cater toward the need of his customers and gives it his all!
I’ve been going to Jason for letters ever since Fall 2014 and he’s never disappointed me! His attention to detail is impeccable and he even offers his input. There have been times when I’ve been indecisive or couldn’t figure out a pattern and Jason actually took the time to give me options.
Seriously if you need letters this is the place!

Very happy with my letters! Everything came out perfectly and I even used two fabrics, a plain fabric and lace overlay and everything was tight and the letters looked perfect! I’m picky about the shapes and the phi came out nicely, some places I’ve seen do it strange ways. Will definitely come back if I ever need another set! They are very affordable too!

I LOVE this place. I buy all my letters here and my littles and psis love their work! I can’t stop buying more letters so that’s saying something! Jason is great and helpful!

Alpha Greek apparel makes the best letters of all time. The stitching on it is absolutely perfect and they offer the best designs. I would honestly go here all the time to make letters and not only do they look nice, they are really high quality too. I wouldn’t get my letters done anywhere else but here. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ and fast service.

Jason and the Alpha Greek team are quite possibly the BEST Greek embroidery people I have ever worked with! Prompt, polite and fabulous.
I needed a sweater done in a short time frame (less than 2 weeks from shipping the sweater to them) and they exceeded my expectations. I sent in my fabric and Jason called as soon as it was delivered and walked me through exactly how to make it the best it could be. I could not be more thankful for all of his follow up and advice on how to make it «pop». It got shipped in time and was even better than my wildest dreams. Definitely recommending to everyone I know and will totally be a repeat customer!

I would highly recommend Alpha Greek Apparel to anyone interested in getting letters, screen-​printed shirts, or just simple embroidery. Not only is it very affordable, but it is also very high quality work. You can tell they put a lot of time and heart into what they do. They were very thorough & they definitely try to work with you to get exactly what you want.
Their customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. Jason, Michael, and Kevin made my time with them very easy and enjoyable. When I went in, I didn’t really know what I wanted but they very patient and sat down with me to help me pick different fabrics and colors for my letters. They even stayed overtime! My letters turned out AMAZING. Thanks again Alpha Greek Apparel! Honestly, I would give you ten stars if I could.

This review is a little late, but better late then never.
This place is amazing for embroidery work. They don’t only do Greek/​College embroidery. I went here for a groomsmen gift, as I bought ties and pocket squares that I wanted to get the names and groomsmen/​best man titles printed on. Jason was able to help me pick the best color that matched the wedding colors and they came out better than i could have expected. It made it easy for my groomsmen to remember their names when the open bar got a little crazy. :)
I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for embroidery work needing to be done. Jason is easy to work with and is quick to respond to any questions/​suggestions. He is also a CSUF alum which makes me support this business even further as I am a CSUF alumn as well.

Wow!!! I’m back again to give Alpha Greek Apparel another 5 stars for their amazing customer service!
As I mentioned in my previous review, I am from Sacramento and I placed an order for my letters when I was vacationing in LA. I’ve been back from vacation for a couple of days now and just received a follow-​up call from Jason about my order.
Unfortunately, there was a problem with one of the sweaters I provided. I bought it from H&M and it had a stitching error which made it difficult for the sweater to lay flat and for letters to be sewn on correctly.
At first, my plan was for Jason just to put the letters on anyways even though it would look a little off but after Jason conversed with his production manager, they offered to just remove the current stitching and restitch the sweater for me so there would be no problems with the letters.
I was blown away! That really is some awesome customer service! I really appreciate Jason and his staff going out of their way to help me considering that I am about 400 miles away.
I am so excited for my letters to come in.
Thanks Alpha Greek Apparel, you guys really do rock!
