This Big Lots is a good one to shop at. I came in a few nights ago and there was this employee. I believe her name was Kayla. She was by far the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met. I wish every store had a Kayla! This girl never lost her smile, even with all my questions. She knew her stuff! I will be coming here again if that is the type of customer service I will be getting!

This is a well run Big Lots. Fairly clean and well stocked store. Good values. Plentiful parking. You’ll definitely find something you need here.

I really like this Big Lots because of a customer service they provide and a variety of stuff they have, but only one thing bothers me: SLOW! Cashiers are very friendly and nice but they do their job very slow.

I love Big Lots. We usually keep to the food and beverage portion of the store. It’s like a treasure hunt every time. Sometimes we walk out with a basket full of deals, sometimes we strike out all together. This location loses a star because it just can’t quite compete with the one in Anaheim that we also frequent. I have been to both many times and this one just doesn’t offer up as much of the type of product that we search for — those super healthy treats found at your local big box health food store for double the price. It loses another star for lacking the alcohol license that would allow them to offer the aisle of beer and wine that we find at other locations. Still, friendly service at the register, reasonably clean and orderly for this type of store, etc. So, worth hitting up if you are in the area. :)

This particular store is better than many other Big Lots. It’s even bigger, with more stuff, and the staff were all friendly. If you’re not familiar with Big Lots, the idea is that they get shipments of all sorts of things that were discontinued or otherwise unsold elsewhere, and they sell it cheap. You can’t really go to Big Lots looking for a very specific item, and because they get different stuff every week, that thing you bought last time might never be there again. You need to treat Big Lots like a scavenger hunt. You will find a lot of generic food and low-quality things, but hidden amongst them you can find some good stuff and familiar brands.

Are all Big Lots jammed packed w/cool stuff for real cheap? I felt like I was raiding a much better dollar store, things are so cheap here! They have a little bit of everything — patio furniture, furniture, mattresses, vacuums, wall décor, food, tupperware, cleaning supplies, TONS of craft stuff for cheap! I even scored these pop tarts that were my fav that I never see in stores anymore: D The staff here is super duper friendly and helpful, it’s ridiculous. I left my basket unattended one time and when I noticed they were putting things away they apologized and explained to me why they were putting it back and told me to take my time. They offered to take my stuff to the register, let me take my time sorting what I wanted and what I didn’t and even took the time to explain to me where to put stuff I didn’t want in a small pile where the rest of the stuff that needs to be put back goes. I scored a bump it for only $ 1(regular price $ 10), the coke in a glass bottle was only $ 1 compared to the plastic that was over $ 1.50. 70 cent fancy drinks, lots of cheap food, etc.

I absolutely love LOVE Big Lots. They change their inventory weekly and are filled with fabulous finds. Whenever I’m in town I often pay a visit to this store, since everything is discounted. From bobby pins to Xmas cards, Big Lots most likely has what you need. Right now they have a rewards program where 10 Qualifying Purchases of $ 20 or more(before tax is applied) within a 12-month period will earn you a 20% discount on a future purchase. Though often times I visit Big Lots more-so to buy one or two things, this rewards program helps me to be more intentional about buying them all at once. It’s a great way to save money and get your necessities. Be sure to sign up to save more!
