Refferred by AHS. Given a 4 hours window and they were not arrived. They never called or rescheduled. Rude. Unprofessional. no responsibility.

Our AC went out on Monday night so I put in a service call through our Home Warranty service about 11:00pm. I received a call the next morning at 7:45am to say they were full and would put me on standby, but can come out on Wednesday. At 11:30am I received a call letting me know that someone was on their way to our house. Travis arrived before me and patiently waited. He was awesome! He took the time to check everything on the unit. He was patient with my big, friendly dog and delivered service with smile even though it was 100 degrees outside. Excellent!

Rude, unprofessional, lacks integrity, refuses to take responsibility.
My AC in my condo went out suddenly. Had it serviced not long ago. Never had a problem with it in 14 years.
I learned that my new next door neighbor had their AC serviced by Bradley Mechanical on the SAME DAY that my AC stopped working. They were told that they needed a COMPLETELY NEW AC! My neighbor was suspicious, and had a different company look at his AC and learned that the Bradley technician had made a huge mistake, and had been checking mine, not his, and that he didn’t need a new AC at all, it was working just fine.
Before I knew this, I contacted my regular company, and the first thing my technician said to me when he walked in from on top of the roof was «Someone was messing with the wires of your AC and this is what caused the problem» My repairs cost me $ 236.
I contacted Paul, the CFO and told him what happened. (Actually, he already knew) He asked me to read the invoice and immediately began shouting at me that it didn’t say anything about the wiring. I told him I will have my technician write a complete invoice and he said «ITS AFTER THE FACT» (Right, like any technician from another company would LIE to extort money FOR ME, from their colleagues) Paul was defensive, disrespectful, childish, argumentative, accusatory and extremely unprofessional. In no time he was YELLING at me, denying any responsibility. He told me the fuse blew because I needed a new filter and shouted «YOU ARE TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY FROM US!!!» Really? Because I make almost that amount of money in an hour and a half. It’s not worth my time to try and extort money from anyone. I’m not a liar or thief.
My very kind neighbor offered to pay my bill, which I’m not accepting, I would rather waste my time attempting to extort money from Bradley Mechanical!
Don’t know if they are reimbursing my neighbor for his expenses. I have no doubt Paul has him jumping through hoops to get his money back.

Technician came out and tried to tell me it was going to cost $ 5,000 to replace and the AC was unrepeatable. After contacting a second opinion, it turned out it was a minor problem and it only cost me $ 600. Overall I think these guys are a scam. Beware and do your homework

Customer service from Paul is terrible. In scheduling appointments he is disrespectful and had utilized a wrong phone number. He transfered me to another person and he started getting upset with me about how many times he called and that he had been at my house. He was calling the wrong number and was upset with me the customer.
When I was transfered to Paul he was disrespectful again wow now that is terrible customer service.
Disappointed because they put in my thermastat and now I need to find someone else and get them to refund the work. So would NEVER RECCOMMEND YOU GO TO THIS COMPANY !!

Dave was at my house for 4 – 5 hours and found the short. Dave had to go into the Attic several times to find out why the condenser would not come back on. He stuck with it and got the job done. I was concerned because they were gracious enough to come out on short notice, so I never got an hourly quote. Half way through the job Dave informed me it was $ 95 an hour. It ended up being very reasonable at the end of the job. I feel like I got a good job for a fair price. Dave was enjoyable and funny explained everything and most of all he was a fair honest person.

We loved Todd’s work before his firm was absorbed by Bradley. He’s still the man when it comes to my AC!

It is so rare to find a really great company these days. They were called out for a second opinion and the technician was able to figure out what was wrong, when it took another company several visits/​attempts at repair. I HIGHLY recommend them. Went above and beyond to get the job done!

This company was fantastic! I called them yesterday morning and a very nice guy, Paul, answered the phone. He told me the technician was out on a job and would call him to find out when he could come. They called back and came out to Marina del Rey — which they usually don’t service — at noon. They checked things out and the fan was out on my heater which they would have to order. I got a call back later that afternoon that they had one and could come out today (the very next day) and put it in. He arrived when he said he would and all seemed good. But about a half hour after he left it started making a lot of noise. We called Paul and within an hour the technician came back and spent another 30 to 40 minutes checking everything and making sure it was working properly. I would highly recommend this company.

Whats with the rudeness in dispatch. no time frame given just wait for a call the day of then wait all day. usually you are given a window. in addition the guy was rude to a new customer calling. if this is the front person what else are we in for…

Bradley (714−964−4600). We had them out today, service was fine. For an hour’s work the labor was $ 85, and a truck charge of $ 25 (I don’t like truck charges, but the labor charge was a little less than usual, so the total was similar to the market price). I am very satisfied with the service. They know what they are doing. They absorbed Brownies, who used to give us good service.
