Love Dr Moore, she’s quick but straightforward and answers all my questions appropriately. Also very friendly and I like that she seems genuine about her work. When I went into labor, she’s was not on call that weekend but was able to come in so she delivered my baby. So happy she was able to and agreed to! I also like her nurse Kim, very friendly.

I’ve had 3 c-sections with Dr. Moore, and there’s no one else I’d trust to watch over my pregnancies or to preform a c-section on me but her! She is spectacular, cautious and attentive. So grateful for her!

There are 3 doctors who work at this off and if it were not for my doctor, Dr. Meagan Moore, and Dr. Bustillo, I would have rated this a negative score if I could. There is a doctor there(who does NOT deserve that title might I add) by the name of «Dr.» Connor who officially the WORST doctor or so called professional for that matter that I have EVER come across in my life and I have worked in the medical field myself for almost 10 years. If you are looking for a doctor during your pregnancy to have absolutely NO compassion for her patients then this is who you want to see. I had my 3rd child, my first baby boy, and about 4 days after being home with him tried to begin the process of drying my milk due to complications I had from my first two pregnancies with breast feeding. Long story, but SHOULDBEHEARD, I ended up SEVERELY engorged(C cup being my normal bra size to an F cup) it was extremely painful as engorgement usually is but I knew that this time the pain was different, it had never been this bad before with my other two children. I could barely breathe they were so heavy and had begun to run a low grade fever. It was a Sunday so I called their after hour answering service who paged this woman, waited over an hour and half… No return call. Called back, they paged her again and 15 minutes later I receive a phone call from this Dr Connor who immediately sounded upset that I had interrupted her Sunday although he was the«on call» dr that day. I let her know what was going on with me and her answer was point blank, that I was something she didn’t ever have to deal with because ALL mothers breastfeed their babies and that she didn’t know what to tell me to do other than feed my baby, or just wrap them up. I tried explaining that they were WAY to painful to wrap, that I couldn’t even bare to touch them, and she said well I don’t know what to tell you then. No thought at all as a supposed obgyn that there could have been an infection… No offer for pain control until being seen the following day, ABSOLUTELY Nothing. So after getting off the phone with her and feeling about the size of a grain of sand for NOT breast feeding my little one, although she knew NO history about me or medical reason to why, I ended up calling my regular GP doctor, who immediately(not as an ob, but a regular doctor who knows the level of pain engorgement alone can cause) called in some pain medication to get me through that night and next morning until I could see MY ob, Dr. Moore, who is amazing and the ONLY reason that this practice is getting any stars at all. I followed up with her that following afternoon and was diagnosed with not just engorgement but beginning signs of mastitis in the right breast.(hence the low grade fever) To add to it, had another urgent question a few weeks later due to the amount of bleeding I was having still after child birth and noticing pus in the blood that seemed to smell infected, again it took two calls for her to call me back and rather than doing anything for me, was again completely rude and seems incompetent or just lazy in her job title. When she AGAIN told me she didn’t know what to tell me other than see dr Moore some time later in the week, I asked her if she could at least START a round of antibiotics to be called into my pharmacy so that if I had a vaginal/or uterine infection I wouldn’t be sitting here over the weekend getting worse until they opened with a 3 week old baby at home, she said no because she doesn’t have a clue what she is treating,(only SO many certain type of infections happen there after child birth, so how bout start with a broad spectrum antibiotic and go from there idiot) luckily I had MY obgyns cell number and feeling very guilty called her because I didn’t know what else to do, what do you think she did… Called in that antibiotic and told me to come see her to follow up this week like any good doctor would do, on my opinion if you can’t handle being able to actually help your patients with any concerns they have on the offices«off» hours then don’t be the damn«on call» doctor for those things. Needless to say if you’re pregnant and end up with this doctor as your ob… Switch to either dr Moore or bustillo, both of them are great but dr Moore is amazing. I would TRULY be afraid for those who went into labor on her«off» time for how rude she would be to those and their family for making her lazy ass actually get up to do her job. AWFUL!!! 10 negative stars for sure!!!
