Went to your open house last night and had a wonderful time. Bought lots of great Christmas items. Looking forward to next Christmas event.

Beware! I purchased JRM $ 1000.00 beautiful mirror on a final sale event. The store employee removed mirror and took the mirror to the back to wrap it to be moved to my house. When we unwrapped the mirror the top was broken off and dried glue was smeared on the wood, which indicated the mirror had been broken in the store and I was not made aware of the damage. Being a final sale, I am stuck with a broken mirror. When I called the sales associate, she said «sorry».

This store has a great showroom with fantastic styled corners. I purchased a beautiful piece of art from here. I went in there just to look around and was excited to find a piece that perfectly fit the style of my living room! It was an photograph printed on raw bamboo panel created by a local fine art photographer «Cardelucci». It’s great that they carry a few pieces by local artists and support the community, I liked that too!

This place is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Every time I go into this place I feel very welcomed and inspired. The quality of their products is great.

We just bought a beautiful dining table and chairs this afternoon and couldn’t be happier. I always work with Brooke who is so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I love working with her and the Owner, Jamie came over to say hello and welcome us back to the store. I always enjoy shopping here because the staff is always so welcoming and it is so beautifully decorated. I’m always amazed at all the beautiful furniture, lamps, accessories that are displayed so well. It’s always an absolute pleasure to see what is new in the store! Thanks again, Dave & Jennifer

Absolutely beautiful! I have never seen such great quality furniture and there is such a variety of amazing accessories. I would recommend going there if you are wanting something amazing and different for your home! The staff was very helpful when I had questions and didn’t over do it as of they were desperately wanting a sale like most furniture stores. My experience was great.

I have heard many people say they are snobby so I went in to the store. Not one person asked if I needed help. Maybe because I wan’t dressed up. Thy were all sitting drinking coffee and eating donuts… nice ay to enter a store. Of well… if you want over priced rudeness make sure you shop here.

I absolutely love this store! My designer brought me here as she told me she totally loved the all the stuff they had. Ok, I had to see this for myself as I really wanted unique and good quality accessories to spruce up my new home with. The second I walked in the doors, I thought, wow! Amazing! No sooner than we stepped in that we were greeted by the sales people at the counter some distance away.
We just took our time browsing at all the many really wonderful and unique items they had on their floor… most of which I would absolutely love to have, but if only I had a 20,000 square foot mansion! But I don’t. I have a smaller place and had to be very focused and selective. The task was tough, but we managed to find some really nice artwork and absolutely gorgeous lamps, etc. which I knew I just had to have, so I bought them without any hesitation. Yes, the prices are up there, but you get what you pay for, and it’s highly likely that you won’t find these items anywhere else. There’s just nothing worse than going over to a friend’s place and noticing that they have the exact same stuff you have! :)
The girl who attended to us was very nice and helpful and even helped me carry the painting to the car to see if it would fit… it didn’t. So we took it back inside the store, she rang everything up, and even arranged for delivery (since the painting was too large to fit in our SUV) of all our purchases. So our experience here was just fine… no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be back as I still have lots of accessories I will need, but was only focusing on what I needed for now. They were friendly and helpful and in no way snobby or pretentious! We were definitely not ignored… and yet, we were not constantly hounded and pressured to buy buy buy… a very enjoyable, pleasant, and relaxing shopping/​browsing experience
Even if you’re not really shopping for anything in particular, this store is definitely worth visiting just for the browsing experience. Their things are much more classical and transitional though and probably not for people only looking for modern.

I have had the BEST customer service from this fine store of many years. All the employees have done an outstanding service to me including the owner Jaime and my rep Chelsea. My house is beautiful and I receive many compliments. My seasonal changes are wonderful and I always look forward to the surprises Chelsea has for our home. She always takes the extra step and her professional manner is the best. The stock is great and the pricing is fair for the outstanding quality of the goods. They stand behind everything they sell. I have given many referrals to my friends and they were happy as well. Thank you all and I am still with them forever.

rude and snobby people work here — especially Chelsea. If you want honesty and integrity don’t shop here. I think they are going out of business — they are so rude to their customers. I was planning to furnish my house through them but when they lied to me and couldn’t return my phone calls I decided to go to 5 Star Upholstery in Mission Viejo — they have excellent customer service.
