Lucky Paws Grooming

First time here and I’m never coming back!!! I was told by a friend that they do a good job so I took my dog here for a cut. My poor dog got a cut on his leg and it’s really red and big! So disappointed :/

I’ve been taking my dog there for years, they know exactly what to do with him and and super accommodating. Price is very fair.

Sunny the owner is very sweet, and I feel very comfortable leaving Sidney my Maltese in her capable hands, we have taken our dog there about 7 times, totally recommend this groomer

My sister really likes this place because their service is good and our dog always comes back with a nice hair cut. My dog’s hair doesn’t really grow back for a while so we only come here once in a while. After our last incident, we were hesitant to come back, but the owner documents everything about each pet and she knows how each dog gets their hair cut and groomed a certain way. This time we brought our husky along with our other dog to get groomed. I called in the same day and I was able to bring both dogs in within 30 minutes of calling. Prices are very fair and like always, service is really good! Haven’t had a problem yet and I hope there won’t be!

Been going here ever since my Tofu was a baby and each time I pick her up she looks perfect! Thank you Lucky Paws!

This place is a joke. The receptionist quoted me half of the actual price and refused to honor the price. Will not be back. Way over priced

I love lucky paws grooming. I went there on Saturday morning expecting a long wait but instead it was only two hour wait. Very happy with grooming too. I have a seven year old Pomeranian and he came out beautiful. The owner was very nice too. I would definitely recommend Lucky Paws to my friends.

My sister in law recommended this place. She called asked if they could squeeze our puppy in for a shave. Customer service was great, outcome of our dogs cut was spectacular. She looked so cute. A new dog came out of the groomers. We will be bringing our dog here from now on. Thanks you lucky paws for being so great.

Don’t go here. They constantly over book and continue taking customers. My regular groomer was busy so I had to come here. NEVER AGAIN.
So I brought my dog in around 11 – 12. The owner said they would give me a call around 2 – 3. I waited, 2 rolls around and I call them. She says still not ready. 4 comes around and I call again, still not ready. She calls me around 5 and says your dog is ready.
I get there and ask what took so long. She said oh your dog was nervous so he pooped after each bath. So he got bathed 3 times. Well I wonder why he was so nervous. Maybe because you left him in a cage all day? If you don’t have enough time. Just tell your customers to come back later.
Anyway, as soon as I got there my dog was so happy to see me and wanted to get out of there. He seemed anxious and nervous. He is normally very happy and loves everyone. He loves getting groomed by my regular groomer. I then checked his body and nails. They cut the nail wrong, as in they hit the red part of his nail.
I do not recommend going here! Go somewhere else!

Life savers ! They always manage to leave my two huskies sparkling clean with an added bonus cute bandanas.

Since our bad experience, we’ve been seeing Tracy 4 times a year for 3 years. I always make appointments specifically to see her, and I get in touch with her to let her know we’re coming. Tracy has gone out of her way to work with my dog’s anxiety, and she is now so calm, she lays down on the table when Tracy trims her nails.

Fantastic groomers! I’m used to waiting 3 – 5 hours before receiving the call to come and pick up my dog, but she was done within 90 minutes. She looked and smelled terrific. The owner was very kind and listened to all my VERY specific requests.

Anyways, this is my go-​to-​spot to get my chubs a haircut. My dog is a maltipoo that weighs about 12 – 13 lbs, has curly hair.
When i first came it was $ 40, now it’s $ 45… (I feel like I’m paying more than others) but anyways, I like that they have the same kind of cut that I want on file. On file, it’s also noted that my dog has weak front arms. It usually takes 2 hours to finish so I go just go ahead and do errands before they call.
Quick drop off and quick pick up.

Oh my goodness I love lucky paws grooming! I was referred to this place by a friend and he told me this place gives amazing service and he is 100% correct about that! Today was my first time taking my 17 week old maltipoo here and OMG. After dropping her off and coming back 2 hours later to pick her up. the groomer brought her out looking like a brand new puppy! I was squealing with happiness because my little girl is sooooo cute! When I first brought my puppy in she was quite matted and I thought it was lost cause and they’d have to shave her bald and have new hair grow out. But the groomer told me she will do her best to brush it out and cut it shorter. But if she can’t then she’d have to shave her. But it was understandable and I agreed to whichever was the best option. However! The groomer told me my puppy was doing soooo well while brushing out her tangles that she continued to brush her even when my puppy had a little discomfort and that she didn’t cry or whined. Whenever I tried brushing my puppy at home she would cry and growl at the brush lol.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the result and will be taking my pup here from now on! GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE EVAR!

Took my boy here to get groomed for the first time and he came back very clean. I took him in at 8am and they called me at 10am when he was ready to be picked up. $ 30 is a reasonable price and I will definitely be taking my dog back.

took my dog to get his grooming before July 4^th… Normally i will take him to Petsmart to get his grooming but the last time they did horrible for him. I was kindly nervous at first to switch him to a new place. i searched this place on Unilocal and see quite a lot of good reviews about this place, so I decided to take my baby here. And the result came out so nice, im really happy to see my dog look good now!!! Highly recommended.

My dog gets very scared and she barks and cries a lot when she gets to the groomers and I’m always worried they turn her away because she’s too difficult to groom. She was very loud when the first put her in the kennel, however Lucky Paws did a great job on her and it took only an hour! So fast compared to Petco or Petsmart. They are very patient and are great at what they do. Winnie has never looked better :) They even tied a cute red bow in her hair after she was done.
Winnie is 5 – 6 pounds and a Yorkie so to groom her was only $ 40. I highly recommend this place!

My precious baby just had a beautiful haircut from here. We usually trim her hair at home, but once in a while, we go out to professional groomer to give her a makeover. This is the second time she has her hair groomed, but I could tell the experience has been very pleasant for her. The hair cut was much better looking, and she was happy when she got home, not anxious like last time.
I called this morning and was given an appointment same day. I wanted an appointment at 2:30, but the last one was at 1:30, so I took it anyway, not much different here. We dropped her off, and got a phone call to pick her up 2 hours later. As we dropped her off, we were asked how we want her hair to be cut. I left that to the professional, as long as she looks pretty, I’ll be happy. We picked her up, and all in all, it was a $ 45 well spent!

Lucky Paws has never failed me within my 5 years of going here, and I’ve tried other places out closer to me in between just to make it more convenient, but the kindness, consistency and thoroughness of Lucky Paws keeps me coming back.
The owner is always accommodating, as I usually call in to book an appointment within the next couple of days or even the same day, and she never makes me feel like I’m an inconvenience. I think only once when I asked if it was too busy to do a same day drop off she kindly requested the next day would be better, which I can completely understand.
I truly appreciate Lucky Paws so much more after encountering off putting experiences with other groomers like a weeks or month long waiting list, cold demeanors, and sloppy work and lack of professionalism.
