McDonald’s

Ordered the 2 for $ 2.50 hot fudge sundaes and one of them is only half full! I can understand giving smaller sundaes for the cheaper price but to only half full one and fill the other up is ridiculous.

went to Fountain Valley location ordered meal with Fry’s No Salt i said these are suppose to be with out salt the Male Mgr. took them tossed them out and went to the fryer dumped out frys in the carton they weren’t done cooking and they well Full i mean full of grease and put them on my try dripping in grease Someone needs to School them on Customer service and never serving frys this way hE DIDN’T CARE Sinced they remodeled it seems like they do you a favor waiting on you !

Probably the worst McDonald’s in Orange County. They are open 24 hours supposedly, but they only accept cash after 12 because supposedly they reset their system from 12am — 6am, and then they say they have to write your order down on a piece of paper. But they give you a printed receipt at with your order, so you tell me if that sounds weird. In addition after they say they only accept cash, they make you wait for 3 – 5 minutes before they even take your order.
If it’s that hard to take orders, why are you open 24 hours?

Since our last visit at this McDonalds, we’ve been to a couple of others. We like the new look of the McD’s although it seems like the floor plan lost a couple of square footage. I’ve had no problems doing the reviews online and handing over the validation code. I usually order the quarter pounder with cheese which basically is a$ 4.89ea sandwich, but with handing over the validation code, you get one free. Believe me, two quarter pounders in one sitting is a lot of food and a lot of cheese. I always end up taking a sandwich home to eat later. I like the McDvoice reviews and will keep on submitting for that freebie sandwich. Look closely at your receipt and you too can get a free sandwich.

Higher prices than any other McDonald’s combined with rude staff make this a horrid choice. Ordered from the mcpick 2 promo RIGHT ON THE MENU and the kid says we don’t do that anymore. I respond that I’m looking right at it on the menu.
He has the gall to snap back, are you sure?

I’m looking at them in my rear view mirror, never to return, and you shouldn’t either. All McDonald’s are just about the same. Service is the best way to stand out, and this one just stepped out instead.

Honestly how hard is it to find someone who knows the menu of the restaurant that they work at and understand some English?
I want a scrambled egg and chorizo breakfast bowl, and this guy can only understand scrambled egg.
Had me come to second window and took the order of the person behind me before he took my order even though he can’t understand anything.

This McDonald’s looks pretty nice outside for a McDonald’s. It looks newer and it’s decent inside. Haven’t had any issues with the drive through its always been pretty quick. My bf and I always come to get soft serve. This McDonald’s in particular gives good portions of ice cream. Went to another McDonald and got the smallest cone of ice cream! It made me appreciate brookhurst McDonald’s.

Incompetent. I had one request. Ketchup only. Simple. But still couldn’t get it right. Stop smoking pot and learn to Do your job.

I bought pastry was expired.
Then I called the store, manager told me I get a free meal with no apology. 2days later I went back to the store, I had to explain again. Employee gave me pastry that expired again. I complained right away but they have all expired in the front rack.
Finally he gave me another one that doesn’t say expire. I asked him if you peeling the expired sticker. He said brought from the back. Who knows. Cheating, cheep.
I won’t comeback!

Wifi is extremely slow, average download speed between .17-.25mps. Have told management many times to no avail.

Not friendly not polite lied about the breakfast menu overall McDonald’s is still ripping people off every day over 1 billion angry customers I’d bet. Why does the staff always seem like the thought of ending their own life would be more attractive than just offering good customer service

This Micky D’s is open 24 hrs/​day. Staff is usually more friendly than most fast-​food places. Orders are correct 98% of the time. Except for pies. After 9pm, thete may or may not be pies available. If you really like them, it takes about 10 mins for a new batch.

The employees are so stupid here that they can’t even count to 20. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and only got ten. I also asked for ranch sauce that they couldn’t remember to put in the bag even though it was on the receipt. So they can’t read, can’t count and they do not go out of their way to fix their mistakes. All the manager would say is sorry and there was nothing he could do for me when I called them. I don’t have time or the gas money to drive back and get my dinner. Thanks for consistently screwing up my order almost every time I go there.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes without even moving (I was boxed in by that point). It was 12 minutes before I could even place my order. Start to finish, the drive thru took us 18 minutes! Then, once we finally made it home, they hadn’t even gotten my kids’ Happy Meals correct. Both my kids wanted yogurt, the screen and receipt both said, «Strawberry Go-​GURT,» but both kids got apples instead. Fortunately, my kids like apples and we have yogurt at home, so I was able to remedy the situation, but it is still quite frustrating. To their credit, all staff members I came in contact with were very friendly and polite.
I would like to agree with another review complaining about the removal of the playground. My kids were devastated when the shiny new restaurant was revealed and they realized there wasn’t a shiny new playground to go with it.

Worse 24 hr McDonnald I ever been to!!! I stopped by the drive through at 4:30 AM before work and a very rude employee there told me that they don’t serve ice cream or shakes or chicken nuggets or any fish fillet sandwich!!! Wth??? Well those were items I like to order!!! I asked if they serve breakfast then? No!!! What the point of open 24hr if they can’t serve half of the items on the menu??? I just left and went to Jack In The Box next block; which is much better service and they do serve everything on the menu 24 hr!!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs help. ALWAYS out of sweet and sour sauce. Out of ice cream, sodas, etc. How does that happen?
This location really needs to get it together.

WHY IS THIS LOCATION ALWAYS OUT OF SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE!!!
If you love the taste of a lovely sweet and sour dip for your nugs or Big Macs do not I repeat DO NOT chance it by going to this location.

I ordered the Triple Cheeseburger for $ 2.49
The Beef was very good and the Cheese was delicious.
A new building and a great Meal from this new & improved Drive Thru.

Clean and friendly location.
Great WiFi.
1 electric outlet for the whole place.
Clean woman’s room.
They nicely put a coffee pot out for your easy refill.
Half and half out on the counter.
Excellent drive through.
Lots of the over 50 and 60 crowd casually hangs out here together.

I had two consecutive horrible experiences with french fries so I had to satisfy my craving by hitting up McDonalds.
After parking, I realized there were at least 10+ cars in the drive thru. What is this, In-​N-​Out? I’m glad I decided to go inside.
Because I didn’t eat breakfast and it was too late to have lunch as I had plans for AYCE Korean BBQ, I ordered a large french fries and a honey mustard snack wrap. I can’t believe their drinks are only $ 1 now, and that cup is refillable if you eat inside. Wow, that’s a pretty good deal.
Although I witnessed much chaos behind the counter, I got my food order and was on my way. The fries (unlike where I had it previously) were HOT and seasoned properly. I can’t say I would get the snacker again, but at least it held me over until dinner time.
This McDonalds feels dated inside so I hope they look into renovating into something more modern and current soon.
In any case, craving satisfied = happy camper!
