This is such a great place for all you lock and key needs. Oscar came out and switched all our locks. He was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and great price. Such a great experience!

I called last week to see if they could match some existing locks in our office for five new doors we just installed. We needed our existing keys to work with the locks. Oscar came in and evaluated what he would need, took some copies of our keys, and then came back a couple days later and installed all of the locks within an hour or so. They all work perfectly and look great! Really good service, communication and quality work.

Awesome !! Won’t use else, I have to have a certain handle on my door because I live in a condo. He went above and beyond to find what I needed. Very fair, honest and reasonable. Highly recommended !

Oscar is the best, a skilled craftsman in a world of hacks. And, he cleans up when he’s done. We’ve used Oscar for our locks for more than 15 years.

Its a small booth in the middle of the plaza. Affordable Friendly & fast service. :) Easier to get keys copied here than home depot store.

Excellent just what I needed. They cut two keys that Home Depot’s machine wasn’t capable of cutting.

So glad I found Oscar on Unilocal!It’s hard to find good people, right. We have a marketing company here in FV. Small company, about 30, so finding someone trustworthy, reliable and professional is key. When I called, the lady on the phone was super helpful, identifying my issues before I hung up. She said Oscar would call back within 30 minutes. He did. He said he’d be right over since he can fit me in. He did. And he forewarned me of any complications before he did the work. His communication and friendliness was excellent. I wish all contractors/​vendors could be this accommodating. I would give him 6 (SIX) stars :-)!!!

I’ve known Oscar for many years and have been fortunate and blessed to have him as a great resource and services provider. I found Oscars a year ago and loved the service and price. I had the hardest time remembering the name of the company, but thought that it was off of Brookhurst somewhere. I was so happy when I drove down Brookhurst and spotted the kiosk behind McDonalds near Garfield. I highly recommend Oscars for key making, rekeying, or any locksmith needs that you might have.

Oscar’s Lock in Fountain Valley, CA, is the BEST, most HONEST, HELPFUL business among any home repair/​improvement company! When I had a problem with a lock, after others had charged significant fees just to take a look though they couldn’t fix it, and no one, even Amerimax Building Products (the manufacturer) had been able to successfully resolve the issue, Oscar came out and examined the problem without charge, tried several innovative solutions, ordered a part to attempt to solve the problem, and returned with the part. When this part wouldn’t fit, he didn’t even charge me a dime! In addition, when I asked him about installing a better deadbolt on another door, he informed me that the one I had was excellent and I wouldn’t even need that service (when he could have easily deceived me just to get the work.) I HIGHLY recommend this business with great confidence.
