Nice place! Clean! Martha was cool… Told you I’d leave a review ;-)

The only reason this has earned 5 stars is due to the phenomenal job by Martha. She was swift in helping us solve our minor issues and made the process seamless. We will recommend our clients and write positive reviews on our own media platforms. Martha truly saved the day.

I’ve rented from this storage facility twice now and they have always been very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Beware and think carefully before you sign up. If you get a bad vibe from the Manager, which really is just an employee that works there that was given that title but not authority to do anything to help you, then don’t sign up. Go elsewhere. After you sign, they know you can’t get a refund and the attitude flips a 180 on you. They are rude and when you call customer service or the district manager, you find out that they are all just the same… meaning they are all managers that can’t do anything for you. Just stay away.

Like that they offer insurance with your unit if you don’t already have it. And you have access to your unit pretty early in the morning at 6am until 9pm. I also have my auto pay set up.

Martha rocks! Nice facility and nice area. I do recommend this place.

WARNING! Public Storage uses Bait-​n-​Switch tactics!
I had a self-​storage unit here for over 3 years. I was the perfect tenant. I had auto-​pay. Never caused any issues. I talked with management maybe twice during my tenure. I always came and went quietly.
I moved in with a great rate. But that’s their trick. They dangle that carrot of cheap rent in front of your face. They get you to move in… then BAM! They hit you with HUGE rent increases!
I left in disgust after Public Storage raised my rent 50% in 3 years! It started at $ 99/​month and finally ended up at $ 150/​month! I complained to Public Storage’s management and they didn’t want to even consider lowering my rate. Public Storage gave me the excuse that $ 150 was the average rent for my size of unit in the area. Public Storage did not care that my rent had increased an outrageous amount within a short period of time. I can understand a 5−10% increase yearly, but not what equates to roughly 20% per year! That’s outrageous!
I even told them that I will be writing a review about Public Storage and this particular location so that everyone will know their tactics, and Public Storage management said to go on ahead and do that. So here I am, writing a review…

This location is excellent, Martha is an exceptional Manager and always helpful with locating an appropriate storage unit for your needs and adding any additional assistance with box sales and lock sales. Very quick and efficient in their service and always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The grounds are clean and monitored on a daily basis with superior security for your belongings. You can feel comfort in knowing that your belongings are kept in a safe, and clean environment with security.

Farzana was great in showing us the unit we rented and explaining everything fully! Great experience!

Martha was very helpful in finding me the size and price that suited me best. Overall, the facility is clean. Would recommend it to everyone.

In a strange twist of fate, I actually threw my back out while opening the storage unit before moving the first item. Martha was very understanding an patient as my wife assisted me back to my car and completed the business.

I had reserved a storage unit — moving day came and last minute I realized the unit I had was not big enough… It was 10 mins til closing and I called Martha and she was saved the day! She waited for me to come down and helped me get a larger unit.
I seriously would not know what to do if she was not there… I would have been stuck w/​a truck load with no place to store! Stressful move ever!
Unit was great, easy access… no complaints!

I had a Public Storage unit in Laguna Hills before. It was expensive for a small unit and when I tried to ad a second unit for a short time (even more expensive than the first one) I was treated like sh. by some bully guy who didn’t care I wasn’t even able to put on a lock safely. (I still have the pictures to prove the hole.) I never moved anything in, because the unit couldn’t be locked. But, no refund for my $ 200!
Online I found a much bigger space (1 car garage), much more convenient (drive-​up) in Fountain Valley for … a lot less money.
I came to visit and Martha showed me around, warning me that if I’d want to change my reservation, I’d better do it online for a much better price. Mr. Bully in Laguna Hills never mentioned that option. I loved the original unit and staid for 2 years.
Finally, I outfitted my own garage with enough storage to accomodate the stored stuff and moved out.
They do raise the price every year by about $ 25. So, at the end, it became a bit expensive. But overal a GREAT experience. Thanks Martha, for taking such good care of your customers.

I went there and asked to look at the unit and location prior to committing. The Indian lady working was rude and would not even discuss anything with me unless I signed an agreement first.
Why would anyone sign an agreement before knowing what they are committing too?!?

Very clean and Martha and Farzona in the front office are very helpful, friendly and interested in helping you get the best storage space for your $. I was prepared to pay more and to rent space that I didn’t need. They provided me with the the best advice that made the most sense for the time I need to store things. I am a repeat customer and will be back again should I have additional storage needs.
