Wonderful selection of high quality and beautiful rugs at fair prices. Nia worked with me to ensure that I was completely happy with my selection including allowing me to change my rug selection after it was ordered and shipped from India. I am so so happy with the beautiful rugs we purchased. In addition, my family and I have had several rugs hand washed through Rugco and what a difference! I absolutely recommend this high quality service to maintain these incredible handwoven pieces in best condition.

Nia (owner) promises you false delivery dates and is NOT honest.
Rugs are cheaply made including the expensive rugs. Instead of the rugs being bound they are glued on. ???

Love this place… so many rugs to chose from and the salesman are willing to work with you. We had been shopping around for awhile and finally came across this place and were so happy we did! Styles range from traditional to contemporary and every style in between. I recommend this store to anyone.

I have been a customer of Nia, owner of Rugco, since about 1998. I buy investment quality Persian rugs from his fine store of now 30 years in business. When shopping here, one will find all sizes and styles from inexpensive small rugs, on up to large and gorgeous works of art. These rugs are an excellent investment. Their value will only increase with time. Many rugs, and even the highest quality, expensive ones are sale priced to move. Nia is always willing to help the customer with price and any issue.
He also offers an excellent rug washing service, using only organic soap. I have had about 4 rugs cleaned and it always brings out the vibrancy of the beautiful colors of these handmade rugs. I would recommend his shop to the novice buyer and expert rug buyer alike.

My wife and I have purchased a few rugs at Rugco. The entire staff has been excellent and courteous. Nia is an awesome person. His knowledge, business experience, personality and honesty makes this place unique. There is a variety of rugs to choose from… and don’t forget «ChaCha» (Rugco’s Mascot). So petite, cute and adorable!

Nia, the owner, is really great to do business with. He was very competitive with pricing and offers a very broad variety of great rugs. In addition, the delivery process was fantastic. They moved the furniture, took away the old rugs, and placed the new rugs in the proper location along with pre cut pad. Very comphrensive, white glove service!

My wife and I had a great experience with Nia and Farhad. We were greeted with a warm smile and handshake. As we perused the rugs, they both were quick to help but not overly eager to sell us something. We were able to take our time, choose our perfect rug and feel great about it! They brought it down and showed it on the floor with better light and it made a difference. Thanks to both of you for our excellent rug and we will definitely be back!

My mother purchased a small rug from him in late November. It was not the right size, so she took it back. He (Nia Prina) said that he would order a larger size of the same rug, so she did not ask for a refund right then. She called him at least six times about the new rug, and he said each time that he would check and call her back — he never did. She finally canceled the order. She JUST NOW got her money back. Buyer beware.

RUGCO and the owner Nia were very helpful when selecting rugs. Nia sold us three rugs for our house that look great from just a casual conversation about the room and its contents. We just stopped by on our way to a different Rug store and found Nia to be very helpful. He is also a good sales person that will work with you to get the dollars right with the rug that you want.
I would shop their again without issue.

Nila is excellent. My husband and I have been looking for a Persian rug for 25 years but never found one with the quality and cost we were willing to pay for. Rugco has both, exceptional quality and great prices. We felt that we could trust Nila. As we shopped, several customers came in who were repeat customers asking for Nila. After seeing this we were sold on Rugco. They had a great selection of all different types of rugs to suit any taste. The two rugs we purchased will stay in our family for generations.

We were looking for an area rug for a while and happened to see the Unilocal reviews on this place. We came here and were impressed with their selection and the customer service from the owner, Nia, was amazing. He was very helpful and there was no pressure selling. He let us take two rugs home to try it in our place, we picked one that looks great in our living room and returned the other one. Would definitely purchase rugs from here again and highly recommend checking this place out. Thanks Nia, such a pleasure doing business with you!

Rugco takes the rug buying process seriously and will not waste your time.
We walked in.
Lady: What are you guys looking for today?
Us: A light colored rug, about 5×7 ft, fitting a gray and white color scheme, modern style, budget is around $ 300.
Lady: Hmm… (5 seconds later) I have three rugs to show you. (walks quickly to store’s left section) here, here and here.
Us: This one is too gray… this one’s pattern is too bold, and this one we don’t like.
Lady: Ok.
We walked out.
Quickest rug shopping adventure yet!
Service was not great. Selection was medium. But I do appreciate that they don’t try to force any rugs on you or sell you on anything you don’t want.

I am so excited that I got my first rug from Rugco. I have been shopping around everywhere for a rug. I did my research and came across Rugco. When I walked in I was greeted by Nia who was the sweetest and most knowledgeable person to ever help me out! The prices at Rugco were the best compared to everywhere I went and the customer service was even better.

We have purchased a couple of rugs from Rugco.
The President, Mr. Nia was very helpful in finding the rug we were looking for in all angles; budget, color, material, size and all Our home looks great with their rugs now! Great price, great quality, pleasant experience from the store! I would definitely recommend this place. Take some time talking to Mr. Nia and you will know why!

Beware!
We bought a rug from a competitor down the street and it was in our car when we visited Rugco. The salesman insisted on us bringing that rug inside the store to see if he had anything comparable. We couldn’t find anything that we liked so he said that he could get the same rug at a $ 60 discount within a week. My husband and I agreed so we returned the other rug.
Apparently, the rug was out of stock and on back order. So instead of 1 week, the rug wouldn’t arrive for another 7 weeks. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD TELL ME THIS, but they didn’t. Instead, they told me that it would only be another two weeks. Still no rug, then another 2 weeks after that and so on.
It wasn’t until I had another rug company call the distributor to get the exact shipment date when I realized that I was getting the run around. Their sale seemed more important than my inconvenience.
Two stars instead of one because we bought a rug from them before all this happened that we are happy with.

We went to RugCo with my in-​laws and ended up getting a really nice rug while they left empty-​handed. I’m not a huge fan of the ornate styles and found one in muted grays and cream with a Native American motif that is just perfect for our home. The owner was nice — not a hard sell but a weird sell — he’s a strange dude but totally nice! He gave us a good discount and even lowered the price further since we paid by cash. To be honest, I have no idea if the rug was a «good value,» but we really like it, and thought it was a fair price.
I definitely recommend.
