Good lord!!! If I could give this place a 0 star. I totally would!!!
I must say, Dr. Tam Le is an exceptional doctor. but boy.did he sign up to be part of the wrong medical group/​office! He did the hernia repair procedure for my dad back in Feb. He is such a great doctor. Very genuine and great at what he does. My dad & I adore him!!!
Shortly after the surgeries, I brought my dad for the follow up visits at Westcoast surgical where Dr. Tam Le works. let me just begin by saying how unimpressed I was with the staffs!!! Tell you the truth, they are unprofessional and greedy!!! Everything is about $$$$$!!! I get it that it’s the office policy. but oh my god!!! We had originally paid $ 20 for the 1^st form. they call us back and requested another $ 20 because there are 2 parts to the form (which the first part of the form does not need to be filled out by the Doctor!!). Regardless. if there’s 1 form. with 2 or 3 parts to it. it’s still 1 form pertaining to 1 patient! We had to submit another 3 forms after that. and each form was $ 20!
Then, Unum company requested my dad’s medical records on 3/10.and had contacted the office and myself to follow up since they did not receive it yet. I showed up to Westcoast surgical today ⁴⁄₆ and wanted to follow up. The front desk person informed that they had already faxed his records over twice. and frankly, it’s not their problem if Unum has not received it! I asked if they can print it out for me so I can submit it directly to Unum. she said that would cost me another $ 30!!! Uhhhmm…*facepalm**. SERIOUSLY!!! It’s soooooo rediculously RIDICULOUS!!! LOL. This office is based on NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION what so ever!

After seeing Dr. Ngyuen for over a year and not getting any answers to my question about my bladder cancer, I got a second opinion. Come to find out the small tumor Dr. Ngyuen told me I had ended up being 9 rather large tumors that need to be removed. The office is in disarray, rarely getting anyone to answer the phone or return phone calls. My last visit the receptionist was bouncing back and forth from the front desk to assisting with procedures. Request another Dr. If this is where your insurance sends you.

Horrible. Traumatizing to the point of requiring debriefing and a pint of ice cream.
The staff here are either sociopaths or psychopaths except for Michael & Stephanie.
Dr. Andrew Nguyen is the urologist and believe me, if my insurance and the urgency of my condition allowed for me to see any other doctor, I would have gone elsewhere.
Run. Do not walk. Run.
Phone calls like a ping pong match about important, personal, time-​sensitive, medical issues trying to understand rambling in broken english implying there was something she could do to solve the problem created by the doctor’s forgetting to write a precription but actually no there was nothing she could do. She called for no purpose other than ego inflation. So aggravating I wanted to reach through the phone…
Stint removal like might be done on a farm animal. Sign a waiver without reading it. No painkiller no warning no explanation of the torture devices no allowing my loving partner to be present in the room no apology.
Grief. Disbelief. Anger. Crying. Talking with friends including a nurse. Unilocal review.

I will be contacting the authorities about the inhumane culture.
Do not be fooled by the clean, civilized appearance of the office.
