Arby’s

You guys had one job. I would like to point out that you weren’t busy at all and then the lady at the drive thru window blurted «here’s everything» so fast, we barely heard what she said. She then turned around and walked away. Did we have everything? No. Did we check? Rapidly because my kids were griping about being hungry. Did they care when we called? No. «Well, you can come back and we’ll gladly give it to you.»
«Ok, so I should inconvenience my family by driving back another 10 miles? No thank you. I just won’t be going back to your establishment considering this isn’t the first mess up. I can understand making some mistakes because we’re all human, but every time I go, my order is never correct.» If you go to Arby’s, DO NOT go to this location. Drive the few extra miles to another one

Food has always been good with no issues.
Staff is another story. You walk in and they are either playing around with other employees or they just stare at you like you are bothering them.
If you ask for a modification to your order they don’t know what to do and just stare for a few seconds also.

This location opened in September 2013. My son stood in line overnight to receive 52 free roast beef combos! The staff has always been friendly and the food has been tasty. One of our favorite fast food places.
