99 Grub Shack

The best burgers on the 99 corridor. The service is always friendly and food is always crazy fresh. You will have to wait, only because everything is cooked to order. Nicolas at the front window always has a huge smile and the friendliest service. Samuel in the back cooked my burger to perfection (right at medium with a lil pink).

This is the best place when you have the munchies.
I love their asada cheese fries with the works, and my boyfriend loves their burgers.
Everything I’ve tried so far has been so good and the workers are always nice.

Chimichanga was huge, tacos and banuelos were good. The prices are fair. Nicholas is very helpful and friendly.

This is a super cute drive thru place along Manning which is a pleasant break from the fast food joints that are crap along other highway exits. It’s right in front of the Arco station (cheapest gas in town!) so you can’t miss it. They have a large menu of burgers, burritos, tacos, other Mexican fare, and other random items like corn dogs. I was ordering for a large group for lunch and got 10 carne asada tacos, 6 corn dogs, and a chicken supreme quesadilla for myself. It took a little longer in the drive thru, but come on, this is for sure not McDonalds and so worth it. The tacos were delish! Totally on par with any taco place on time. My quesadilla was also very good… basic, but good. I loved the guac and the pico de gallo and salsa verde were totally on point. I didn’t try a corn dog because I was stuffed, but from the way my mom and sister in law devoured them, I am going to assume they were good as well. And for all that food, I paid under $ 30 so the prices are very reasonable. If you’re passing through or nearby, you gotta stop there!

Finally stopped here and glad I did. I had 3 Adovada tacos (minis) and they were GOOD! Well seasoned, tender, fresh. Nice folks. I come drive by every week and I’ll stop again. Something different though. iQue Bueno!

Place has delicious food… staff is very friendly and hamburgers are huge for just 10 $

This place has the most bland and unflavored food. Ordered carne asada fries and carne asada tacos. The meat is plain and salsa is worse than store bought… if you are looking for good authentic mexican food-​go across the street to «El Mexicano» and they have a drive thru too!

Love this place, conveniently right off the 99, friendly staff and have loved all food items purchased. Tacos, fries, fried burritos, and some other finger foods at quick lunch stops. We ordered a large quantity of breakfast burritos for a work meeting and the small burritos were more than enough food. Between all of us we tried the bacon, sausage, and chorizo burritos they were all wonderful, the eggs were fluffy, potatoes perfect and there was a good amount of meat on them, the salsas were good too. Bonus was that we ordered the day before and they were ready when we got there at 6:30am we will definitely be visiting again.

They serve you typical frozen thin patties. I’d rather eat wilkins or foster freeze. The tacos are by far the least flavorful i have had. Im not sure how this place has 4.5 stars.

Their food never disappoints! Every single staff member is kind as well! I love eating here! I don’t go anywhere else for tacos or mozzarella sticks!

Really impressed with their staffing. Very friendly. They go above and beyond every time I come here and no matter what time of day I come it’s always someone different but same level of friendliness. Food is amazing! Highly recommend this place and also willing to recommend them to any of my friends and family!

The employees were very friendly and quick to take my complicated order. The large drinks are a very good side and the good is quality. It is also across the street from shell truck stop witch is very convenient for drivers. I will def be stopping again next time I am in the area. Delicious!

First time trying this place and this will not be my last. Burger and fries were deeeee licious. Like the quick service and friendly staff. Food was served up hot and love the old school styro foam soda cups. Can’t wait to go back.

Hidden menu item, carnitas taco truck burger, a must, so delicious

This place is so good. I’ve only tried the tacos, and breakfast burrito so far. I’m a new customer but will continue to stop by. Tacos are small and authentic, delicious, and very affordable. I’m very impressed with the breakfast burrito, I got the regular size and it was huge. Its loaded with breakfast potatoes, cheese, eggs, and you choose your meat. I had bacon, and it was cooked well and cut into small pieces so there was bacon all throughout. Not a single bite was missing bacon. I can’t wait to try more from their menu.

This place has good Carnitas tacos on Tuesdays and Thursday for only $ 1.25. Good deal and taste is worth the $.

Great selection of awesome tasting menu items. If your looking for a quick bite, conveniently located just off 99, with good service then this is your spot. Tried the tacos (because $ 1 on Thursdays!!!) but look forward to a return visit. Fortunately work takes me by here frequently so this will be a new regular stop. Asada Fries are next!

Great addition to the Fowler food scene. Hamburgers were great. They were cooked to order and tasted great. Fries and Onions rings were very tasty. My wife also tried the Tacos and she said she will definitely go back and get more. I will take pictures next time. It looked so good that we did not take the time to take pictures. :)

Great quality of food. Great customer service they are prepared with enough employees. Pretty large variety of food wish they had a seafood item. My second wish is for shakes or ice cream. Along with minimizes their other menu items.
Awesome place I will be there very often that’s for sure.
Id say eliminate tacos they are everywhere nearby. Too many especially right across the street el Mexicano.
