So the product itself is actually very good. Once it was installed, the radio worked great and connected perfectly with my speakers, television and Bluetooth. But wow are these guys disorganized! I went in for a 915 appointment, and began to wait. After a while they told me that the radio had not come in from UPS yet. Worse than that, they had torn apart my dashboard so I had to wait, and wait, and wait. More than three hours later I finally got to go home. For that trouble I received a $ 20 discount. Not even close! I would never use these guys again.

The place is great! The staff is very friendly and nice as well; and prices were nothing to complain about. I looked all around trying to find a shops willing to install my aftermarket HID light kit and nobody would touch it. Then i was referred to Bill, he had me in and out of his shop within an hour of my call. In comparsion to other places claiming they would need a day or two.

I have a 2013 Jetta TDI. Every place I called for a remote start mentioned it’s a really difficult job and it’s going to cost like $ 800.00. Audiosmith took my car and installed DroneMobile in under 2 hours, now I can start my car/unlock/lock the doors from my cell phone or computer anywhere, and they were way less expensive than other places, and I trusted them because they were very confident about doing it on a German car. I also had a new horn put in my car and they did it without any hesitation, and did a great job at it!

I called Bill at Audiosmith in Fox Lake Il to have a remote starter put in my wifes vehicle on Monday evening. He told me to be there at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. By 10:45 he called me and was already done. The installation was great and I would highly recommend Bill for anyone!!!

Talked to several shops about installing a new navi and radio and back up camera in my Mercedes. Bill at Audiosmith was the only one who seemed confident in doing it since my car was all fiber optic and needed to be totally rewired. His expertise and quality of work was top notch. Plus his reasonable price was terrific. He spent time explaining how to work the system and made sure were happy. I would highly recommend Bill for any custom Audio needs.
