Fox towing save my day. It is kind of funny, I’m an automotive locksmith myself, and was doing a show working with repossessors and tow truck drivers. When the show ended, I loaded up my locksmith van, went to pull out of the Rosemont Convention Center, and was rear ended by an uninsured Cadillac driver. Was a little embarrassed since it happened right in front of all the tow truck drivers I had been working with all day. When I started asking around to get my van back to the Fox Lake area everybody gave me the same answer, «sorry I’m heading in the opposite way.» I ended up calling Fox Towing and they had somebody there within 30 minutes. They brought me home with them and dropped the van off at the body shop. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. They weren’t your typical tow truck drivers either, thanks for all your help. Would recommend these guys every time!

Any one thinking of using Fox Recovery and Towing DONT! Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. The manager was very rude and has no compassion for other people. Apparently in his world it’s ok to quote people one price and then try to charge them something else when they come to pick up their car. I would never ever use them again nor would I ever recommend them to any one else.

Locked my keys in my car while at a pit stop on the way to a wedding. I was in a terrible bind. To boot, it was also pouring rain. The gentleman was courteous and quick and I was able to still make it to the wedding. It was well handled and in a professional manner. I definitely recommend them and though I hope to never have that happen again, I’ll call them next time I have issues.
