Have had plenty of great experiences with this location. But tonight they said the pizza would arrive in 40 minutes. An hour an 40 minutes later I called to see what was going on. I was told the pizza would arrive in a half hour (total of 2 hours and 10 minutes after ordering). At least give the courtesy of calling. Boo

This place is alway late and they never pick up their phone. We will be ordering from Papa Johns from now on. Update: Well having gotten our pizza 20 minutes late, (mine being completely the wrong pizza) — we find my wife’s is burnt. Looks like they had to reheat it. Gave me a refund but no apology or offer to fix it or replace it. Guy next to me has been waiting 40 minutes, drove in and it’s not even been put in the oven. And while I’m here the phone is ringing endlessly. Looks to me like they don’t have enough staff and worse, they don’t seem to care. Employee back talked me as well and didn’t apologize when I said I was upset.

The marinara dipping sauce that came with the breadsticks tasted like tomato paste mixed with beer. Yes, beer. We asked for the pizza to be well done and it came with the cheese barely melted. Disgusting.

The sauce and the cheese were good but the crust was lacking and it had too much garlic. Hand tossed, it wasn’t.
