Please note that since our initial review that was posted in November 2014, this roller rink is now under new ownership. We have been back here for two separate occasions since(definitely hesitant at first) and have not been disappointed. The difference in the atmosphere alone and the customer service was night and day. We look forward to visiting the establishment again and continuing to increase their star rating!

Wish I had read these reviews before having a party here. Over the phone and in person the owners were ridiculously rude. There are so many rules it’s insane. The woman who was doing food /counter work was the nicest. The woman Cheryl was rude from the beginning when trying to put down a deposit. Should have left then. The place was efficient in the sense that they just want to get you in and out and take your money. The bathrooms and fog machine smell horrible. They have this question/more rules thing they do at the start where they explain that everything is extra and want all decisions made then. While I thought that would be ok, turns out it didn’t matter because the extras I said I didn’t want, I was charged for anyway. The DJ was way to passive aggressive for me, but whatever. The girl assigned to us was nice enough but the owner wouldn’t even answer a question because«she isn’t assigned» to us. Over all I would not only not return to host a party, I don’t think I want my kids there at all. Both of my kids were hurt while skating and the only person who asked if I needed anything was the one woman behind the counter. Sad that I can’t support a local business, but no way am I going to pay $ 200 for small greasy pizza, soda, and skates. And for a 15% mandatory gratuity, I expect better service.

I know«modern» skating rinks are pretty much nonexistent these days, but this place is a real dump. Dirty, dingy, smelly place. Bathrooms are disgusting. The owners are extremely rude and only care about getting your money. They show no respect for their customers nor do they show any pride in their business. Open skate during the week ends at 8:00; DJ/grandpa hounds everyone the last ten minutes that the«last skate is for couples only, holding hands, the entire time!!!» and to «return your skates with laces tucked in» so he can promptly lock up and leave at 8:05. I’ve had the nonpleasure of being here a few times, only because it is nearby, but our last visit was the final straw. I brought my eight year old here to skate with a friend; she is just learning, so we rented a Skatemate for $ 5. Five minutes later, she changed her mind and asked if I could skate with her instead. I asked if we could return it and then pay for my skating fee and skate rental instead(which would have been more than $ 5, mind you) and just got a rude head shake«no» from grandpa. Not a nice way to do business, in my opinion! I would honestly rather go to the dentist than have to spend a couple hours in this place again, and I am not joking. Search around and drive a little farther and go somewhere else!!!

Here, you will be greeted by about 15 signs telling you what is not allowed. Further, you are not allowed to enter until it suits the owner. If you have water with you, you will be asked to leave it outside. If you explain your impressions you will be cut off and told you will not be heard. Beware this venue.

I thought this place was just ok for skating, until i had to deal with the owners. Now I can’t say i would recommend this place to anyone other than someone who can’t drive and find a better place to skate. Keep looking!
