Can you give negative stars? I would rate this negative a billion stars. It is like someone decided to play a prank on the public and come up with the ABSOLUTEWORST possible customer service ever created. UNREAL. If you are stupid and think govt should not regulate business and break up monopolies, I give you exhibit A, Comcast customer service. This is what happens when there is no other cable choice. WOW. I’m still in shock over their insanity inducing reps. Yikes.

Every time i call Comcast MA costumer service about the crazy monthly payments am paying! they treat me like am a prisoner of Comcast !!! Always same answer you signed the agreement wawww So am going to cancel my account with Comcast By the way my neighbor pay half what am paying and he have the same package with Comcast

I recently dealt with the Comcast Customer Service in MA and I have to say that the representative from the Lowell area was wonderful. I was adjust the service my mother currently has by getting the preferred triple play. My mother, who is not a person with a lot of patience, pounded Ed(the Comcast customer service rep) with numerous question, so of which were irrelevant to the transaction taking place. Ed was patient, forthcoming and literally held her hand through the process. For the normal person, this transaction would have taken no more than 10 minutes. For my mother, this transaction took upwards of 5 days. He conferenced me in(her son) to help smooth the process and he returned calls. He even set it up so that a technician would do the work for free. He, and Comcast were wonderful to deal with. I know so many people have said negative things about Comcast service, but I have been a customer since we got cable and I have had only good experiences.
