The Belmont location was good until I got the beef stew that tasted like they doctored up some Dinty Moore stew from a can. Sorry, but I wasn’t impressed by that. Their sandwiches are usually good though!

This place is unbelievable. The staff is so friendly. When I went in today, there were 3 ladies helping me and they kept me there laughing the whole time. Only place with Kale soup that I’ve found and taste so good I felt like I walked in a mom and pop shop in the heart of New Bedford. Job well done over there, I can’t figure out how anyone can say anything negative about this establishment. You guys have an unbelievable business going with amazing staff behind the registers and you have gained a new customer for as long as you are opened. Thank you so much!!!

I wanted to love Spoodles, the idea of a restaurant up the street from work serving up a bunch of varieties of soup really appealed to me. I generally go out of my way for Panera but have really been trying to stick to small, local businesses. I went in for lunch a couple of weeks ago and ordered a large lobster bisque with a half tuna sandwich on marble. With a drink & chips, the total was a little over $ 15 — yikes! I will say that customer service was great, but the food missed the mark. The soup was okay, the sandwich tasted fresh for the most part(though tuna was mayo-heavy), but I really couldn’t wrap my head around the price. All in all, nothing left me satisfied enough to justify the price, so I probably won’t return in the near future.

Nope. Just… No. I was happy to try Spoodles since my husband, who used to work nearby, would eat there often. Yes, this was a few years ago but when you’re in a pinch in Foxboro, you go where you or someone you trust knows. Well, a lot can happen in a few years. The chicken wrap I got looked fresh, but upon first bite I realized it was particlized, processed chicken. Like, gross, leftover chicken pieces that are mixed with filler and then pressed together in weird chicken-like shapes. I should have stopped there but I was ravenous and in a hurry so I wolfed it down without looking again, but I knew somewhere deep down that I would pay for it. And pay I did. All night. I’ll spare you the details, but my otherwise clean-eating body was ravaged by Spoodles. My husband, who got one of the soups that day, was ill as well. Awful, Spoodles. Up your quality — especially for the prices you charge. Making people sick is only going to hurt you in the long run, so pay a little more for fresh, quality ingredients up front. Otherwise you’re going to continue to lose customers like you just did me.

Best soup and sandwich joint in the area. Fresh and very high quality food with a personal touch. My current go-to lunch place during workdays. The BLT and Chicken Gumbo is great, as well as just about everything else they serve.

Had a blast working here– everyone felt like family to me. Love all the food, still craving the soups! Support local business and stop in, you can’t get better service!

So my work must have had an old menu because when I called asking to order the chicken teriyaki wrap the woman explained how its now a little different and how it has sesame seeds and is still really good. I honestly was really confused, but I trusted her and said sign me up! I showed up to pick up my order and the line, wheres the line? People standing all around and I was so confused. Then I noticed the woman at the registered also seemed confused that the cook needed to come over and show her how to do stuff. Ut oh, not looking good for me since I trusted her with my order. I get my order, pay and drive away. I go to take a bite into my sandwich is was completely disgusted. There was pieces of chow mein noodles?(WTF?) And it was like an orangy colored sauce which apparently was honey ginger with sesame seeds. Umm, how in ANY way is this like chicken teriyaki??? I was pissed, what a waste of $ 9, … I took two bites and chucked the sandwich. I later when home to a computer and checked the menu and see«Chicken Sesame Roll-Up» … no chicken teriyaki anywhere, so yes my works menu was old but the woman who answered the phone obviously does not know the difference in sandwiches. It ruined my experience and doesn’t make me want to go back.

This place is a little over rated and way over priced. The soups don’t have a homemade taste to them. It seems as if they are adding«something» to the soup to thicken them. A small soup for about $ 5! Large is over $ 9. A half a sandwich(plain wonder type bread, couple slices of turkey and cheese) for $ 3.25. You would be better off buying soup in a can, it would probably taste the same.

Love this place! It’s pretty nondescript and seeing the name at a glance may get your attention as it’s a little odd but it’s totally worth a visit. I’m in Foxboro twice a week and I usually try to stop in and get a couple soups to bring home. Recently they had an excellent butternut squash soup that I hope is a regular on the menu. The chicken noodle is just right and so is the vegetable soup. The hours may be a bit tough for some(they open super early and close in the afternoon) but again, it’s worth it to make the time to go at least once: D

Great, fresh soups made daily. They have good wraps and salads too. They post their daily soup menu everyday so be sure to check what’s available before you go! I love the chicken enchilada stew, pasta fagiole, and lentil. But, I haven’t had one I don’t like!

One of the best kept secrets in Foxboro! Service is excellent and the selection of hot, homemade soups makes this place a true Gem! Enjoy!
