I’ve been using Andersen Cycle for my non-​routine servicing and some winter storage. They’ve always been great for service and quality work. Especially when compared to the other motorcycle shops closer to or in Boston. Aside from wanting them to be open on Sundays, they meet all of my needs and are a quality shop.

Needed an inspection sticker after finally getting new tires. Quick and painless inspection and the guys shot the shit and pointed out a few things I had missed on the routine maintenance. Definitely going back there next time I need something done.

Carlton is surly and expensive. Maybe he’s a good guy to regular customers but every time I’ve tried to give him business he’s made me feel like he’s doing me a favor. Maybe he doesn’t like working on dirt bikes.

I was leaving on a trip on the bike Friday after work. Road the bike into work Thursday night and came out to a flat front tire. Turned out to be a torn valve stem. Called Andresen Cycle first thing in the morning and was told no problem bring the bike in as we don’t want to see you miss your trip. Couldn’t get down to the shop unitl noon time do to work issues. Guys were great brought the bike right in and got her fixed right up. I will certainly be back for additioanl service.

I have had Carlton Andersen service my bikes over the past 20+ years. His work is first rate, and the cost is always reasonable. He has worked on my bikes ranging from the ordinary (air-​cooled Honda inline four) to semi-​exotic (Ducati two-​valve). He got the job done, and under budget. I recommend all of my riding buddies to use Andersen Cycle Works.

I’ve never even been to the shop or had any work done. I’m basing this review on the phone conversation I had with one of the guys. I use to have an old 1986 bike that was a basket case. He helped me try to diagnose it over the phone and was very helpful the whole time. I will definetly consider bringing my newer bikes here when the time comes.
