Words cannot express the love that I have for my new shower. First off, let me say that Roger is not only an amazing person, but clearly he has a talent for bathrooms. My husband and I found Re-Bath through Home Depot. We had no clue what to expect and honestly didn’t want to spend a ton of money, but we’re glad we stumbled across this business. First time home buyers, newly wed, brand new baby, and neither one of us is handy. Of course we purchased a house with a seriously out of date, wacky bathroom. The whole shower was built about 3 inches from the original wall. We were afraid to go through a contractor and tile, we just didn’t know what was behind the wall and had some fears about ripping it down. Once we talked to Mike, the sales guy, he assured us that we didn’t have to remove the wall if we didn’t want to. That’s the amazing thing about this acrylic, it can bend and shape to almost anything. We chose to leave the wall, but replace the tub and surround. The day came to finally start our bathroom project, and everyone was on time, and got to work. Fortunately for us, there was nothing behind the wall, it could be taken down, there was no mold, and everything worked in our favor. The whole project took two days and the outcome was better than expected. The only thing that I would recommend is definitely opt for more storage than the two shelves that come with the unit. Also, look into a better shower head than the one that comes with the unit. We got the one that comes with the unit, and I’m regretting not splurging on something better. After everything we have a normal looking shower, with a shower head that doesn’t hit the top of my head when I shower, and water pressure that doesn’t hurt. Thank you Re-Bath!

A year has past since we had Jennifer’s company redo the bathrooms in our home. The project did take weeks to complete because they strive for excellence in what they do. The result is a awesome master bath shower, counters, floor and plumbing accessories. Everything was completed as designed by Steve for us. The products and the installation are fantastic. It was a lot of work and we are thrilled. Worth every penny we spent. Thank you Jen.

We used re-bath for what we thought was going to be a simple tub overhaul in preparation for our new baby. Well, it turned out that we had tons of mold and rot in the walls right down to the studs, so it evolved into a large-scale project involving taking down the entire wall of our house and shoring up the foundation before we could even TOUCH the bath area! Obviously, it went way over budget, but I have to give kudos to re-bath for bringing in all the necessary sub-contractors and for coordinating with the city to pull all the necessary permits to get the job done. It was more like two weeks, not one day, and going without our only bathroom while pregnant was no fun. But, in the end, they could have abandoned us and they made sure it got done, including finding replacement siding for our 100-year-old house, redoing the electricity, installing a fan, eliminating a window and reconstructing an interior wall where the shower stands. My only criticism: when they rebuilt the tub area, they scratched the hell out of our floor tiles, which we now can’t afford to fix because the project went way over budget; and they didn’t re-caulk the seams in a lot of areas, so again, we are going to have to do that at our own cost. They also generally left the bathroom pretty messy but in the grand scheme of things, yes, I would recommend them. The quality of the actual product — the new shower, tub liner and fixtures — is outstanding, and their top-level managers took our problems seriously even if we got some questionable customer service from the(admittedly overwhelmed) on-site project managers.

I wanted to comment on this product because I was so happy with the outcome in my home. For several years I tried to clean the grout back to a bright white in my bathroom. I tried all the products but my home is about 20 years old so it was a little on the aging side but I was not ready to commit to the money or time of remodeling. I was looking for years for a solution when I saw this company and wondered if this would really work. I was hoping it would look classy and not cheap. Keeping it looking great was also a concern because re grouting would just continue to problems I had before as the grout aged again. I wanted something that would make my bathroom look fabulous! I had mildew in the crevices of where the tub met the wall and that was another thing That was dealing with on a yearly basis. I would have to strip out the latex filler with a sharp edge and refill it with«waterproof» filler that would always get moldy and look a ad again within months. That was a huge pain. Anyway when I found the tub that they can just fit overland re plumb into your existing fixtures I was sold. They helped from the very beginning. I visited their showroom in Framingham and was able to choose what I liked and fit my décor. The sales people and installers were nice from the start and I was happy with the look and really happy with how I did not have to be disrupted by construction crews and big bills to get a similar outcome.
