I hate dentists, I always have; I have always waited until something horrible was going on until I went for dental work. Dr. Chen is good at what she does and her staff are polite and professional. Dr. Chen was the first dentist that I have had that didn’t give me crap for not flossing all the time or for having a ton of cavities. I made an appointment, she fixed my teeth, end of story; no drama or shaming because of how your teeth look. Dr. Chen seems like a genuinely nice person who wants to make sure her patients’ teeth are healthy.

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not angry. This is just to warn you and hopefully help someone out by sharing my experience at Sharon Chen, DMD. Very Unprofessional.
My Girlfriend had a toothache … took her there and it was the worse experience ever.
All they cared for was the money and not the well being of their patients. They’re so greedy that they’ll try to make you sign up for credit in order to pay … How shitty Sharon. What a Shame. You call yourself a professional care giver?! Sharon kept talking about how to pay for things she can do and not what really needs to be done. They’ve tried to get me to sign up my daughter there. Hells NO! When I realized this Dental place was very unprofessional, racist and very Biased we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get Healthcare from this place.

Horrible dentist. And pathetic manners. She is very judgmental and her comments are borderline racist. And worse of all her dental work is shoddy. I recently moved out of the Framingham area to Boston and my new dentist is appalled at the work done. Sharon Chen just filled up the cavity with out creating any ridges for the tooth due to which I have been unable to chew food correctly. Even a first year dental student should be able to create the proper ridges and this doctor has all Harvard certifications pasted on her wall. Horrible experience! Will never return again.
