I love these folks!
Last week I discovered I had a very serious virus that was recording all my passwords and social security number. That’s another story for another day, but I want to thank Jon and Lisa at Computer Care Associates for not only restoring my computer, but my peace of mind too. They really got me out of a jam and made a loyal customer of me.
Jon is not only a brilliant computer guy, but he is very forthcoming about what one actually needs and should do to be computer-​functional and yet he never made me feel like the computer-​ignorant grandma that I really am. And he and Lisa are just plain nice people, local people, who you will love dealing with.

Jon and Lisa offer fast turnaround help for the home or small business computer owner. It can be a great time-​saver to have Jon help solve a computer problem remotely. They always take the time to explain what needs to be done to fix a problem, or they can offer advise if an upgrade to a new computer will be more cost-​efficient. Lisa is wonderfully patient in helping older users come up to speed in learning new technology.

Lisa and Jonathan were very patient with me. Not only did I bring my laptop to them for rescue once, but twice! (Human error on my part — I promise I will not install my own software upgrades again — scout’s honor.) It was easy and painless — very affordable for my wallet. I didn’t feel stupid or intimidated as I have in the big chain stores because they spoke to me in like normal people not in big «technical terms.» They can work with anyone, tech savvy or not, I’m proof! I love small local businesses and these guys are so nice and helpful. My laptop was not working properly and not only did they give me great directions over the phone to their location, they sat down and went through how to use my laptop, how to make it run better and ordered more memory to make it turbo charged. Generous with time, competent and super nice. They even offered me hot cocoa! Excellent customer service and low prices. Avoid the big stores! Support local business!
