This company sucks. I had to call multiple times for them to come out and do a quote to repair 3 garage doors. I was told one wasn’t installed properly and they wouldn’t touch it, even though they did the install 4 years prior.wtf. I was never able to get a quote and no calls were ever returned after the site visit.

Door Systems installed a garage door for me about seven or wight years ago. I recently called about a problem with my garage door to schedule a service visit. Instead the person on the phone diagnosed my problem (stupid homeowner trick) and helped me fix the problem in 2 minutes without having to pay for a service call. What a wonderful way to treat a customer.

Made an appointment, was told the morning of the appointment the service tech would arrive between 1 – 3, at 4:15 I called the office and was told the tech was running late. That information a little earlier would have been helpful. I was told the tech would arrive between 7 – 7:30 the next morning, he did not arrive. I called the Service Manager at 7:30, his recorded message indicated I would recieve a call in 15 minutes, but I did not. I called the office when at 8:15, the receptionist was rude, did not offer a solution, asked me to hold for a minute, and just transferred my call. Very unprofessional.

Repeat customer! I’ve used them several times through the years and always been happy with the quality and professionalism of the work they do. I had a garage door damaged by a car and they came out quickly and were able to replace the door with a new one identical to the old one. I then wanted to put a ceiling in and had them come back and replace it with a low profile track, glad I did it was a complicated job and they got it done quickly. I’d recommend Door Systems to anyone in the area that needs a new door or repair to an old one.

My door was original to the house (1941) and was in need of some work. Previous owner had a opener installed but was not handling the load well and was also in need of tuning. I had Door Systems come out to inspect the parts and make a recommendation. No overselling or use of fear to sell me up. I forgot the guys name but he was intelligent about the products, understood the details and answered all my questions. For many reasons I selected to go with a new, insulated door, quiet belt drive opener and exterior keypad for my kids to access with the added security benefit. Installation time and duration was right on. Installer also spoke well of the management and that goes a long way these days.
I’ve referred Door Systems three times already and would not hesitate to keep referring.
