Was craving coffee and donuts for a while now so finally decided to stop by DD. Placed my order for coffee, 2 donuts, and some hash browns. Paid and got my coffee, walked over to food pick up. There was about 4 orders ahead of mine and only one girl making food. Once my hash browns were up I mentioned I also got 2 donuts. She only did hot foods so had to go back to the cashier and ask for them. They looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about but gave me donuts and said sorry.
Coffee was watery, blah. Didn’t hit the spot and I don’t drink coffee often so I was bummed. Have to admit DD isn’t my favorite because I find it to be inconsistent wherever I go. Not surprised and I didn’t expect much. I felt like I waited longer than I had to for what I ordered. Considering there’s a DD every mile on Route 9, I’ll probably try others to see which one I like best.

Picked up 2 packs of k-​cups yesterday. The woman threw away my receipt at checkout. I get home and make a cup of coffee (paid $ 18) for the coffee k cups. Coffee tastes horrible. I look at the expiration dates and both have expired! I call to complain and get a refund and they refuse and say they never have expired products at their store. Don’t go here Starbucks is way better! Basically stole $ 18 from me.

Service is fair, coffee is excellent. …if only they were quicker. My day seems to have to start earlier every day due to the long lines and short staff. Parking is also an issue at this location. …yet as overwhelmed by customers as they are. …they still manage a smile for me. Maybe thats what I go there for.

I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost every day on my way to work and I have always had a pleasant experience. Most of the employees recognize me and are very friendly — more often than not my coffee order is ready by the time I get to the register.
Sometimes the lines are long but they always move quickly. There isn’t much seating available and it can be hard to find a free table in the morning but other than that this Dunkins is great.

The servers here are great — fast and accurate — which is what you want when you’ve been standing in line behind 5 or 6 people and you’re boiling because it’s so hot in there.
Even though I’ve got no problem with the service or food or coffee here, I usually avoid it because there’s no drive thru, the parking lot is not the greatest, and like I said, it’s usually a thousand degrees inside.
But if you go in the mornings, while standing in the long line you can be entertained by the old geezers over in the corner who show up around 6am to loudly discuss what’s wrong with the world and how Obama is ruining America.

If you are looking for an easy in/​easy out. This isn’t it as there is no drive thru here. It’s usually clean inside. The crew here is usually efficient with your order.
For those that are lazy, keep driving til you find a drive thru.

Just tried the Cheese Bagel Twists and they are yummy. If you like Panera’s Astigo Cheese bagels then you may like these they are similar in flavor but much easier to eat since they are in a stick like shape although a bagel has the option of adding cream cheese to it.
This DD is fairly convenient and does have a few inside tables to sit at. Not good for a large group but it is good for a quick stop in.
