With three registers open to support the morning rush, the long line moved extremely quickly. I was very impressed with the speed here. My coffee was great, the donut was perfect(Boston Kreme, of course), and the Turkey Sausage Flatbread was assembled properly. But just because the queue moves well does not mean that the parking lot moves well. Watch your back. Some folks do NOT know how to reverse out of a parking space. Idiots.

I’ll start off by saying that I’m a big fan of Dunks. There’s nothing overly wrong with this location, just a bunch of minor annoyances that add up to a less than average experience. Two things stand out: Through the Dunkin’ app and over Unilocal, this location touts wifi access. I showed up to find that there is no network to be found. I bet this is a busy location because when I walked in I saw four cashier terminals instead of the standard 2. When I walked up to order I was surprised to find they used the two terminals farthest away from the menu screens, making it impossible to view them when you’re making your order. That being said the staff seem to be pleasant and witty which balances out a bit of the other minor annoyances. I wouldn’t recommend this location, but I wouldn’t advise against visiting it.

The service counter was not the most friendly people. When I walked up the lady looked at me and just walked away making me move to the other register. He didn’t say Goodmorning or hello. Just stared at me until I ordered black coffee and 4 Boston Cream Pie donuts for me and my friends. He then started to seem a bit more friendly. I came here expecting just a quick donut place and I found a plethora of breakfast items for sale. Now I found myself thinking… Why is there so many Dunkin’ Donuts in MA… Now I know that they are larger than expected. Their offering are a sheer competitor for mc Donald’s. At home I buy Dunkin donuts coffee beans because it normally is so delicious. Today however was a bit bitter. And as coffee drinkers know sometimes can taste like the smell of an ash tray. Well… Today it did. Unfortunately. I might just find myself back here before I leave just not for coffee. Lol. The donut however was miraculous! I loved it!

The night crew is horrible. There a woman named Silma who never cracks a smile and will wait to finish being on her phone before helping anyone. I work overnights and its not pleasant to have my night start off by seeing that service. Its a miracle if they say hi to you. There is a young man who is very night and always says«have a good night»

What is better than a French Cruller? A mini bag of Munchkins. I come to this location often because it is on my way to the Pike but it is not my favorite location simply because they have yet to offer the Munchkin Cruller. Please oh please can you bring it on in 2013? The service is ok, I’ve tried to greet the same folks each time I am there but they don’t seem to be awake yet themselves. Hey I know a place to get some coffee!

To update my review from today’s experience on ½/2012. Dunks is always one of my favorite stop on the way to work. This location consistantly makes my coffee to perfection. My sandwich, Flat Bread Egg White Veggie is always made hot out of the oven. Best $ 5 I spend each day. The staff is always attentive to my order and very rarely have trouble taking it. Even when it all out chaos on a busy Monday morning, the staff works delegently to get you in and out with a smile. And you know this Dunks is good when you see everyday regulars and local policemen there each visit. Like any business, they have their days, but it is very rarely AND far in between my visits.

This place is very sad, the staff, staring with the manager, talk and talk and talk without any regard for the customer, it doesn’t matter if you are waiting they just want to talk and have fun, I guess customer service doesn’t mean anything to them, if you are in a rush and just want coffee, don’t go there it will take you about 10 minutes…

I was impressed with the kinds of lines they deal with on a daily basis. They really know how to work a crowd and be efficient and productive. Limited seating space, because they know their customers are the get in and get out kind(mostly commuters and visitors, especially from the Red Roof Inn). Coffee never came out burnt, which is a plus in my book. Pretty solid.

This is a commuter’s Dunkin Donuts. Monday through Friday you’ll find fresh bakery items and solid coffee. Exactly what you’d get at every other Dunkin’ around here. Saturday and Sunday? That’s another story. The donuts are hard. The coffee is stale and burned and they will not get your order right. Stay away.

i don’t review places like this that often but had to after my last experience. I’ll keep it short and sweet. Saturday morning employees are consistently bad and painfully slow. The sad part is they seemed like they could care less that it took them 20 minutes to toast a bagel. Did i mention there weren’t many people in line either? This exactly why most people who drink real coffee avoid these chains. Terrible!

I’ve gone to this Dunkin’ Donuts the past 4 weekends to get a coffee(and sometimes donuts/muffins). I order the same coffee every time(French vanilla hot coffee with milk and sugar), and only once have they gotten the order correct. One time I got cream instead of milk, one time I got some sort of raspberry flavor in the coffee, etc. The service seems to be fast, but their accuracy isn’t so good.

There’s not a bad thing to say about this DDs. Fast service, everything is always fresh, and I’ve never had a burnt cup of coffee from this location. They are close to TJX and right off the Pike, so business is brisk. These people know how to handle a crowd. I went there yesterday with a 16 drink order, and they didn’t bat an eyelash. Unlike Starbucks, they were not annoyed with my list, and they offered to help us carry them to our car. One tip: They stock their sweeteners behind the counter, so if you want sugar on the side, just ask when you order.

I look forward to stopping into this Dunkin’ Donuts every Friday evening to grab a cup o’ Joe before embarking on my journey to NJ. I don’t know how the girls there do it, but extra cream with 2 sugars always comes out perfectly. Other locations tend to have burnt coffee later in the day, but my coffee always tastes fresh and always seems to hit the spot. The girls that usually serve me always seem happy to be there, even if it may not be the most glamorous job. I always hear them talking excitedly amongst each other, but will stop their conversation immediately if they see someone in line. And not annoyed like some employees may be that their conversation was cut short, but always with a smile. They truly define«service with a smile». And I don’t know if it’s a location where they bake their own goods, but I can’t seem to find good sour cream and onion bagels that aren’t burnt or dry outside of this location. They are always moist and super tasty. Do you want to be treated like a valued customer? This location doesn’t disappoint. Hey, I go out of my way every Friday to stop on in for my cup o’ joe, don’t I? =)
