This is the worst DD i have been to. No coordination between what has been ordered and what is being served. I love DD’s Texas toast cheese sandwich, but they never make it properly. Many times they are out of the Texas toast bread.
Their last half cooked sandwich turned me off so much that i have completely stopped going there.

I really don’t expect rock star treatment from minimum wage earners, but the customer service at this place is horrible. I’ve experienced a lot of attitude from a few workers, and while I try to be friendly, enough is enough. Another issue-​they never have what I order, though it’s clear as day on the menu. So, if you want the flat bread chicken flat bread-​tooooo bad! No flat bread there! Also there is no pumpkin coolata or salted caramel hot chocolate.
Don’t worry, living in MA you just need to drive 5 minutes to find another DD.
Seriously-I’ve never reviewed before. I am just that agitated by the level of rudeness that exists at this place.

I’m selecting 1 star because I have to. This DD has gone from poor service to horrible. I’m all for hiring teenagers but they need an adult supervising. All they do is talk amongst each other while people are waiting. The service there sucks! Don’t go to that DD…

Worst DD I’ve ever been to. They have messed up my order twice and the last time I went I ordered a latte and there was no espresso in it, just milk. Really? It wasn’t even busy. Last time I’m going here.

This is a Dunkin Donuts on my way to work. There’s really nothing else I can say, except it’s on my way to work and I require caffeine. The staff is really nice (including a really cute blond girl) but the customers are terribly rude. Meh.

I wanted a DD with a drive thru and thought I’d give this one a try — I won’t be returning. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and the sausage had so much grit on it that I can only believe it was dropped on the floor. I will never return here.

This dunkin donuts is the slowest most inefficient dunks I’ve ever been too. I have lived a couple of blocks from this location for 15 years and it has taken a turn for the worse big time! I avoid it like a plague and go to the one next to Framingham coop. Instead.

The drive through speaker thing is right next to a loud air conditioning heating thing. It is hard to hear what is being said.
I am going to stop going to this D&D because every coffee I have bought from there this week has a ton of coffee grinds in it! Seriously… I get they are busy but this is ridiculous! Nothing worse than trying to enjoy a cup of coffee and gagging because I get a mouth full of coffee grinds!
There are so many D&D’s in the area that I am not limited to just this one…

Convenient and fast. It is really too bad that Dunkin Donuts does not have any coffee. If you drink black, you will realize there is nothing to Dunkin Donuts «coffee». No taste. McDonald’s coffee is better.
But it is the place for sugary donuts!

Until I move in a few months this is my local Dunks and has been for the past three years.
They are ALWAYS friendly, quick and correct. They have gotten to know me and my order and it’s always correct.
This location is never too busy so it’s very easy to get in and get out. Once I move, I’ll miss these guys.
