Mary Ellen is a fantastic trainer. She is personable, professional, smart and dedicated. She makes workouts fun and challenging, both in a group setting and 1:1 sessions.
I’ve worked with other trainers in the past who talk a good game but are only going through the motions. Mary Ellen really cares about helping each of her clients achieve their goals. She’s the best!

there is no workout more fabulous than Empower Bootcamp and no trainer more amazing than Maryellen. I started bootcamp 2 years ago and couldn’t do a single push up, Maryellen worked with me at my own pace and pushed me farther than i ever imagined possible. Her workouts are always different and you never know what you are going to get. She is a remarkable personal trainer as well and has helped me transform my life in ways I never could have done on my own. If you are looking for a down to earth, very realistic and fabulous fitness instructor consider using Empower Personal Training and Fitness classes. You won’t regret it!
