EXCELLENT Experience… I went to see him at his Framingham office because my dentist found a «potential» issue.
Office was clean… staff was very friendly. and professional.
after my scan by some machine that looked like something from the future i went in his examining room. HIs chair side manners was terrific. He spent a few minutes with the images on the computer then he gave me a detailed oral examination. Afterward he explained everything to me in simple terms… as he showed me the images in detail. He assured me that it was nothing to be concerned with (my favorite part) I hugged him 3 times (he even tolerated that) and left a very happy woman.
My husband kept assuring me before the visit that he was THE BEST… and he was right!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would go back if i needed to in a second!
Tu Tu Tu… hopefully i will never need to!

UPDATE: I had sent this review to Dr. Feuerman. He recently responded with a lengthy email. He thanked me for my review. Also, he encouraged me to view the «altercation» as «challenges.» He mentioned the fee was fair for service provided. He explained the financial policy I signed clearly stated what to expect. And finally, said I am always welcomed to their practice.

I went to see Dr. Feuerman of Periodontal Associates based on a Unilocal recommendation. The new office in Newton is nicely decorated. Everyone there was friendly. Including, Dr. Feuerman who is knowledgeable and took the time to explain my options clearly and thoroughly.
There were a couple of minor issues. The assistants had a hard time figuring out how to use the x-​ray machine. Also, there was a little altercation amongst them that the doctor had to intervene during my consultation to sort out. That’s okay, life happens.
On my way out, I paid the $ 175 (which seems high) for my evaluation with my credit card. I was recently reimbursed $ 33 for the evaluation by my insurance (which seems low). After a little digging, I found out Periodontal Associates isn’t part of my insurance network. Maybe I should’ve check this or they should’ve told me. But if I had known, I would’ve gone to an in-​network doctor.
