Forever Furs

I“ve been a customer of Forever Furs for 25 years. I bought my first fur coat there and since have purchased thee additional ones, stored coats and have had two restyled. In every case the coat was of premium quality, the customer service superior and the work excellent. I’d suspect that the negative review above was from someone who had trouble communicating. Anyone I’ve met there has been helpful. The pricing is competitive or less than other furriers. I know, I’ve checked over the years.
I’d heartily recommend either purchasing, restyling or storing with Forever Furs.

Judi and her wonderful team are patient and kind. Nothing good things to say about her and her staff! She showed me many coats and didn’t rush me!!! Took in my hat for free. I think this complainer is totally wrong. Gave me a GREAT deal! I walked out with a gorgeous beaver hat and beaver lined 3 season coat — FREE alterations on the things I bought. She even fixed my Faux Fur for a song — hard job too. I really like this woman and know how hard she tries. I will be happy to go back to her for storage. 1 classy lady!

The most disappointing experience I have in many years. Came there to downsize fur jacket, they took my phone#, said I would have to wait,…after 7 weeks (Holidays, them was sick) I called them myself to find out it was done (when it was actually ready for pick up and why they didn’t call — mystery. But the worst was still to come.
To minimize cost, I asked them not to downsize the lining, thought it wouldn’t be a problem to have lining bigger then jacket, so they write down «Leave lining — do not downsize». OK, to make story short, when I came to pick up my jacket I found ALL my lining separated from the jacket and in numerous pieces, holding on 3 pins! They said, that what we’d agreed upon, that «Leave lining» — means they were not to put it back, and that for additional cost they would be happy to do this «enormous job».
I tried to argue a little, but felt so disgusted, that took what was left and left, came home after work, spent about 3 hours doing this «enormous, complicated (sure very expensive) job» of putting it all back together —
Thanks God — I’m not bad in tailoring. Not only lining was in pieces, they separate part of the fur collar from the coat, Why? For all the money I paid??? And it was a lot.
So, if you go there take your lawyer to look over the papers and as I witness.

I took my grandmother’s mink hat to be converted into a headband and they took such good care of me! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands.
They are friendly and knowledgeable and they do great work! I’m so happy with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone!
