Was pleased to find a local bakery! Upon walking in you will be over taken by aromatic scents to make your tummy rumble. Excited to try out their NY rolls for my broccoli rabe Italian pork grinders tonight, should be a perfect complement!

Great neighborhood place to pop-in to get pizza bread for kids lunches. I’ve also purchased trays of pizza for events for kids and adults. Give them a few days and they will put whatever topping you like on the pizza bread trays. I’ve also purchased bread rolls and cookies for cookouts. Come early for best selection of daily pizza bread as they run out of the faves quickly.

This a review of the customer service. Full disclosure– I didn’t eat anything. I really can’t stand people who are rude. Front counter girl turned me off real quick. Probably would have bought something if she didn’t have an attitude. Whatever, that’s what stop n shop is for!

This small, old shcool, commercial bakery is locaed in the basement of a home and family run. The bread and pizza are worth the effort… The staff were kind enough to do a special order, stay open for me(stuck in traffic) and were very gracious about it. looking forward to checking out more of their offering.

this place is awesome. You need to know where it is, a bit of a strange location. Staff is friendly, they take credit cards! The pizza is amazing, I love this stuff. The other baked goods looked great, I will get them next time. But the pizza is the best around! And good prices.

I randomly stopped by here to grab lunch, and it was a pleasant surprise. This is just an adorable little bakery that seems to be in the basement of someone’s home. The woman working there was so kind and helpful. I had a piece of focaccia and rosemary pizza and a spinach and artichoke piece. The focaccia one was delicious and very soft, but the artichoke pizza was topped with american cheese. I love artichokes, and it’s very hard for something to ruin them for me, but that cheese really killed it. I would definitely go back here, but I’d make sure to ask what cheese they used for each piece.

Finally, I got to stop by here this morning. Ever since I moved to Framingham, I really miss going to local independent bakeries. I often go to Wholefoods but it is not the same. As part of my personal project to try the local restaurants and bakeries around Framingham area, my first target was«Framingham Baking». When I arrive here, it was a little bit intimating because the entrance seems different than other typical bakeries. I thought maybe this place a bread factory not a bakery for an individual customer. But when I entered the store, I was relieved. And inside of me was shouting«BREAD»! There was a sample of pumpkin biscotti that I tried. As a pumpkin lover, I needed to get couple of those. I saw a guy getting a frosted carrot cake. So I got one too. And then, I saw another lady getting something else. It turned out to be that they were selling Sicilian-style pizza. I studied in Sicily for 6 weeks so I know how good those types of pizzas are. I was really stunted to find out that a little town in Framingham, a local independent bakery is selling a Sicilian-style pizza. There were different types, such as egg plants, sausage, cheese and so on. As a meat lover, I got the sausage pizza. I loved it. The owner’s father started selling the Sicilian-style thick pan pizza way back then, which means that this bakery has been here for a quite a while. If you are reading this review and debating to come here for good pizzas, pastries, and loaf of bread, please don’t hesitate. This place might become your favorite bakery :-)

I have been coming here since high school. I love the pizza– hot or cold– it is so good. My kids love the cookies and they too like the pizza. Great bakery. I’m so glad it’s in Framingham!

Although I’ve had their pizza numerous times as well as their baked goods, this review is based solely on their cinnamon buns. Truly awesome. They’re more of a treat because you can only get them on the weekends. Limited supply too so make sure you get there early! I warm them up a bit and enjoy them with an iced coffee. Good stuff.

NOIDEA what all the hype about the pizza is… It’s floppy and bland and anyone who says it’s even ok needs their head checked. Literally tastes like pizza from a cafeteria. The only reason for 3 stars is the breads that the make.

I’ve been going here for sometime and the only thing I get here is the Pizza which is a must order. Everything looks and smells amazing, but the Pizza is mandatory. I have never seen so many people walk to of 1 place with so many rolls and loaves of bread anywhere! Great Food and Great Value!

Average at Best. Pizza was fair. AU ‘s review from 6÷5÷13 was right on regarding the Cheese. Tasted like American Cheezwiz. Will not be going back.

Great biscotti. The anise in the anise cookies was kind of strong. I didn’t see any pizza when I was there. There’s parking on the sides of the building. The entrance is on the side. Be careful driving. Framingham has some batshit intersections.

Love local! Small intimate bread bakery off 135. The people are friendly and helpful. Although it is down in the basement and has that feel it is clean and smells of yeast bread. Thumbs up
