Gianni’s Pizza & Subs

The food is good… My family really enjoys this place. We would probably eat here more often if there was better more friendly customer service. Sometimes when I call to place an order, a very nice person answers and is very pleasant, patient and helpful. Then the other times I’ve called, it’s a really rude person who sounds annoyed, angry and rushes me off the phone.

Best pizza in town, have been coming here for years. Always get sausage or mushroom pizza. The owners are also super nice and the delivery is quick.

Gianni’s is close to where I work, and we usually order from them for lunch. Their subs are quite good, as are their pizzas. I usually have their steak and cheese sub with mushrooms, which I really like.
I would have given this place 4 stars if it wasn’t for their inconsistent customer service. Sometimes when I call to place an order, a very nice guy answers and is very polite and helpful. Other times, it’s a really rude guy who always sounds annoyed or angry. I understand that working in that kind of setting can be hard (both mentally and physically) but snapping at customers over the phone as they are placing an order because they forgot to tell you the kind of tortilla they want with a chicken wrap is not okay.

In my opinion the best pizza in town; their appetizers, meals, and grinders are spot on as well… the only disadvantage is that they only take cash.

Hadn’t been here since high school. So good! Kids shared a large meatball sub and we got Greek salads with grilled chicken.

Really good! We get pizza from here often as we live close by. It’s good pizza– not the best but it is quite good. Their Greek salads are great, just a bit expensive (I think they are like … 17 $ with grilled chicken?). I’d recommend it though. Oh, and they only take cash.

Easily the best Sicilian pizza I have ever had! Went for the first time last night and enjoyed a pepperoni and sausage pizza. The portions are huge– a large Sicilian probably feeds four. Will definitely be back.

Rudest most arrogant experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant and their staff. Avoid this place like the plague. I would give this place negative stars if it were an option.

Pizza is now garbage. Garbage. Garbage garbage garbage. Terrible dough and crust. Rubbery and difficult to chew. We order it well done and it’s still rubbery. Awful. I don’t know what happened.
Older brother is a jerk and he’s getting worse. Attitude all the time. Tried being extra friendly and joking around with him and he gave still me attitude. And I’ve been in there enough that he definitely recognizes me. The rest of the staff is fine, and there’s one guy who’s actually really nice, nice enough that I feel pretty bad he has to work with the real jerk.
Subs are still good, so it still gets 2 stars, but I’m finding it really hard to muster the desire to go in here anymore. Bad service and good food?

Best pizza in Framingham hands down! Delivery takes longer and weekends are super busy so try on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Completely worth the wait and cash only!

Pizza was much better the third visit. Not as doughy and extra flavorful. Loved it!

Every time we are in town this is our spot! great pizza, excellent crust, delicious sauce. Excellent customer service and friendly staff! I will be here every time while in town.

Customer service is horrible, very rude. Pizza use to be a lot better. Last few times I came it was not the same.

used to be the best but something has happened to the help there … slapped on toppings, dried out meats and an «i don’t care cause you’ve paid cash already» attitude that is frankly insulting to the customer. had a chicken saltimbocca pizza (and i stress the «salt» in that word) and it was a bunch of large chicken hunks along with extremely salty proscuitto-​like dried strips on a pie with no sauce to speak of… what’s turned them into a very mediocre last-​choice place to eat?

One star out of 5. I used to go to Gianni’s but got sick of the attitude I got from the fat, balding older brother. If you decide to go there, check the total carefully. You’ll usually get charged more than the posted prices. That’s illegal right?
Now I go to Centre Pizza. Much friendlier service, better food and cheaper!

Worst dive I’ve been too. Tables are too close, dirty and old looking. Clutter everywhere. Decorated pizza boxes litter the store that are dusty. The tuna is very dry, bread is hard, meatballs are hard and inedible, the pasta sauce is watery. They don’t wear gloves and take money then make your sandwiches. It’s unsanitary. They have a kid sometimes running the register who’s too young to work legally and is rude. Plenty of other places to go besides this place like CJ’s across the street! Not to mention they are all rude every time I’ve gone in there. Why give money to a place like this who obviously don’t care about customer service! Not to mention we get overcharged every time. They charge you different prices every time when prices are clearly marked!
If your looking for good ITALIAN cooking then go a little further down Edgell to FRANCOS TRATTORIA! BEST Italian subs, pasta and pizza in Metrowest and NO ATTITUDE! And it’s clean and they charge you the same every time you go! I wouldn’t let my dog eat at Gianni’s.

I was in Framingham to visit a friend. He loves pizza. I stopped here to PU a pizza for him. Clean, service was good, pizza was too! No restrooms

Descent food in a community minded establishment.

Gianni’s was actually a consideration in my choice of Framingham as a home…

Since moving to the area over 10 years ago, i’ve stuck with their Sicilian Pies.
Last saturday night, A buddy came over to watch college football… and we made a big call. «Order us some subs this time!» We ordered up a couple of cheese steaks… A FIRST. Delivery is always prompt, the guys at gianni’s are top notch. and yes! The cheese steaks were AMAZING.
