Junk Removal Inc

Junk Removal Inc. moved my 3000+ volume library from a third-​floor walk-​up storage space in Boston to my new home in Westchester, New York. That would’ve been amazing on its own — but they also — SAME DAY! — moved my two-​bedroom apartment in the city. It was cold and rainy, and their truck was too big for some of the major roads so they had to brainstorm and troubleshoot quickly, and everything was great. Ken and his crew are second-​to-​none. I got a little emotional about some of the items being moved and one of the gentlemen put down what he was carrying to come over to me and make sure I was okay (and once assured I was, immediately got back to work — talk about laser focus!). These are top notch folks. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and I recommend them wholeheartedly

Ken and his team were a huge help during my recent move. Going from 1600 sq feet with full basement in the suburbs to 900 sq feet in Cambridge meant I had a lot to get rid of. It was totally stressing me out!
I found Junk Removal by doing a Google search and they were one of the first to come up. I took a chance and called. Ken was great about getting back to me quickly, coming by to do an assessment, coming in with a fair rate for removal, and getting the job done in a timely manner. The relief I felt was worth every penny!
Ken knows what he’s doing, has a great attitude, hires capable staff, and makes the whole process painless. I’ve already called him again to help me finish getting rid of those last pesky items. And bonus– he made sure I had my tax deductible papers from donating the usable items!

These guys are fantastic. They were prompt, professional, neat and business-​like. I had a basement that both had pre-​existing junk in it and had a pile of junk from a renovation I had done. They came in and cleaned it all up very nicely. They even swept afterwards. The three gentlemen who came were both professional and purveyors of a great, positive spirit, which was the exact opposite of what I expected. I mean, c’mon, we’re talking about nasty junk removal, here. I was in the other room, and they were laughing and having a good ol’ time of it. It really put me at ease.
It’s important to mention they are the opposite of «sketchy.» I don’t get sketched out easily, but having strangers in my house pushes the sketch button almost instantly. These gentlemen truly were the polar opposite of anything that would make someone like me uncomfortable.
The owner was frank, straightforward, honest and communicative. Quite honestly, I plan on using them in the future for anything that involves junk removal, awkward moving, etc. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.
