STAY AWAY!, Be forewarned ! no stars would be my preference. Met with Howard and gave him a retainer back in May after he agreed to handle my case. After 6weeks of no response called to find my case was assigned to another attorney whom I also never could reach. After 10 months of constant calling and not being able to talk to anyone but his secretary Jackie, I left for another firm. Only then did I find out that Howard had never disclosed to me nor show up for a court date causing me to default. He also missed a discovery deadline for my case. The only facet of his firm that works is his billing department which bills for a case reviews monthly that simply don’t occur. What he practices has to be illegal!
