We interviewed several real estate agents before hiring Megan. She came prepared to our first meeting and continued to impress us throughout the whole process of not only selling our house but buying our next house. We sold our house in 9 days! Having never owned property, I had no idea what I was getting into. Fortunately for me, I know Megan Tolland.
She was quick to figure out what was reasonable, knew exactly what to show, and made the entire process less confusing and frightening. I’m a pretty fussy guy, and I admit to liking strange things, but that wasn’t a problem for Megan.

Megan recently sold a condo for us in Chestnut Hill, outside her traditional territory. Our experience was nothing but outstanding. What Megan lacked in knowledge of the area, she made up for in diligence, service and communication. And then she quickly learned the market circumstances to give us the best opportunity to sell.
Megan helped us find an appraiser, worked with the condo association and navigated some complicated family issues to help us complete the sale. She is easy to work with, accommodating and unafraid to jump in and work. We will recommend Megan Tolland every chance we get.

We bought our first home with Megan’s help and she made the process easy, straightforward and fun!
She know’s a ton about the area which was priceless for us as we are relatively new to metrowest. Being familiar with the area and resources available, she was also able to hook us up with a GREAT mortgage broker, lawyer and inspector who also made the process a breeze.
We were a bit pressed for time to find a home so Megan listened to our needs and was able to find us a TON of great options that fit our budget and list of must haves in a very short time!
She was super flexible about showing us homes and was able to work around our busy schedule to meet us any time we could.
We were worried about working with a realtor who was pushy and opinionated but Megan is super laid back, a pleasure to work with and we always felt she had our best interest in mind.
