Jodi is a remarkable groomer and a pleasant person to do business with! We’ve been bringing our Giant Schnauzer to her since we got her back in 2008 and have been fully satisfied each time. The cut is superb, the nails trimmed well and the dog smells amazing after her grooming!
Let’s just put it this way… I moved 20 miles away from Framingham but still continue to bring my dog here for her grooming. Jodi is THAT good :)

Alfredo was stinky. It was 7:30 AM this Saturday and I searched for groomers on Unilocal.Despite the average rating, I called Skipton West at 8:02 AM. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and she accommodated my stinky puppy immediately. I dropped him off within the hour and was told that she would try to have him ready so that I wouldn’t be late for my 3PM appt. She also suggested that Alfredo have a hot oil treatment. Had Alfredo’s blue-​black fur not been speckled with white dandruff, I would have laughed and declined. But I thought it was worth shot. I was so pleasantly surprised. He was ready by 1PM and looked gorgeous! His nails were trimmed, his coat was shiny and he was clearly much more comfortable.
I will definitely be back next month.

My regular groomer was on vacation and really wanted to get my PWD trimmed before the 4th of July. I left a vm message and got a return call that evening saying they could fit him in the next day. I was nervous about trying a new groomer, but after picking him up when she said he would be done, i am extremely happy. She plucked the ears, trimmed his nails and shaved his underside and he looks great. I would definitely take him back here again.

Such a disappointment! Jody’s been grooming our dog for months. This week she decides he’s knotted and wants to charge more for a basic grooming then poorly communicates that he’ll be «trimmed». When we pick him up and he’s been shaved to the skin. Terrible. The poor puppy is exhausted. It freaks me out wondering what they did to him there! Avoid at all costs!
