I’ve been renting at the same residence for the past 3 years, and while there were not any major issues, there were a lot of things that had lingered and that had not been attended to…
This past year, Shannon from Sloane started managing the property and I could not be happier with the job she has done. Things that had been an issue for years got resolved in a matter of weeks. From things as simple as a broken screen door to upgrading the laundry facilities to adjusting the way rent is paid everything got taken care of.
Shannon is always available and always checking in to make sure all of the tenants needs are met and that everyone is happy. I’m not one to complain, so I never realized the extent some things were neglected until she took over the property. It has been fantastic since she has been involved. Would recommend her and Sloane to anyone who rents or needs someone to manager their property!
