Smittys Towing Service

Yesterday, Smitty towed my boyfriends truck and a guy name Tom took it in… Not only did they charge us but Tom took $ 20.00 out of the console and lied to our face… Casey get some honest help.

Yesterday I bought two new tires from Town Fair Tire in Sherwood Plaza in Natick. We knew that we would not be able to pick up my car the same day, so we got permission from a Town Fair employee to leave the car there overnight. When I just went to pick up my car the following morning, there was a huge orange sticker on the driver’s side window from Smittys Towing stating that they have recorded my license plate number and that I have a violation. I would love to know what the violation is, when I had asked permission to park there prior to doing so. In addition, the lot was mostly empty aside from a few cars and some snow plows.
My main issue is that Smitty’s towing damaged my personal property with a large brught orange sticker that was extremely difficult to remove from the car. It took a razor blade, goo gone, Windex, & a lot of time and manpower to remove it. We also called them 3 times and there was no answer for any of those calls. Great business practice, Smitty’s!

Terrible! Do not use! I tried several times to get them to tow my car and they kept making excuses! Ultimately had to go to another towing service.
