Was just totally screwed over. I had a limited amount of time to get a haircut and was told on the phone that if I showed up at 9 when they open I would be able to get right in. Making a reservation was out of the question since they only do same day appointments. I was the second person in line when the doors opened and was told I was 4th in line because other people had made reservations, how I have no idea. Never going back there again.

They lost my business. Someone less experienced butchered my haircut, leaving an indentation on the side from applying too much pressure with the clipper. They had someone else try to fix but it’s still noticeable. It’s always been a gamble for me. Sometimes, you get someone who cuts well, and, most of the time, you don’t. Employees don’t seem to last very long there either. There are new ones every few weeks. Also, when I come in, they don’t even bother to look me in the eye and greet me professionally, including the manager Mark. I had been going there for over 4 years, but the old saying rings true when it comes to the cheap cuts: «You get what you pay for.»

I am sitting here at Supercuts watching the staff walking back and forth and not doing anything. I was told 35 minutes wait but it’s over an hour now. All I need is less than 10 min buzz cut.

The best service I’ve gotten in a while! I’m almost positive the woman’s name that cut my hair is Alyssa, and she was happy, cheerful, excited, and knowledgable about the products. She kept a great conversation with me, and really did an amazing job. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten. Will CERTAINLY come back and ask for her.

No complaints about my cut or the service. Happy with both. I took one star off because the website doesn’t really match reality. I used their website to check in, and it told me it was a 20 minute wait and my appointment was at 5:30. When I got there at 5:29, there were four people waiting. I waited for about 30 minutes and was the fifth person served. So checking in online was no different than if I had just walked in. Also, the website says that every cut«finishes with a Hot Towel Refresher to remove stray hairs off your face and neck, leaving you feeling clean, sharp, and ready to get back to your day.» I saw nothing of the sort for any of the people getting cuts, including me. Not that I cared, but they should remove it from their website if it doesn’t exist.

Apparently calling ahead for a haircut means nothing to this Supercuts. The last three times I’ve been I’ve called ahead and even showed up early to pad in some extra wait time. EVERY time I’ve ended up waiting almost 30 – 40 minutes past my appointment time. The location is consistently understaffed(the hairdressers admitted it to me) and many of the staff have left to go work elsewhere because management does nothing to address this issue. So if you have nothing better to do than wait 40 minutes for haircut, this is the place for you!

I took my little sister here 4÷1÷2015. My sister made an appointment at 3:30. We came in at 3:20 and checked in. There were 3 woman cutting hair. After one is finished there were 2 men in waiting and she walked to the back and never came back. Then one other woman finishes cutting hair and takes one of the men. Then the same with the next man. Then when no one is in waiting one of the woman finishes and goes to the back. Then the next woman finishes and goes to the back. Me and my little sister are sitting there dumbfounded with the awful customer service. *keep in my my sister is 13* I WOULDRATETHIS0STARSIF I COULD.

I have been to several different Supercuts around Mass and the one in Framingham(by the Walgreens) is by far the best experience! Everyone is alway very friendly and the appointments are spot on. When I go I request Sharde. Sharde always does a great job; even when I give a confusing request of what kind of hairstyle I am going for. I highly recommend the tea tree treatment because it is reasonably priced and it feels so refreshing. You also have to respect their cool work culture. Last year everyone had really great Halloween costumes when it was close to Halloween. I wish I went closer to Halloween this year. Keep up the great work!

My daughter, with straight long hair, asked to have 2″ cut. After the hairdresser showed her the 2: mark, which my daughter approved, she ended up cutting 6″ off, and unevenly. I don’t know the girl’s name, but she was heavy-set and Afro-American. My daughter is a wreck – she’s been growing her hair since last August and this is her first trim. It’s now back to the length she hated in August. Thanks a lot, Supercuts. I’m getting my money back.

I have no problem with this place. Called ahead and told them I’d be in in 20 minutes and I was promptly swept away to a chair when I arrived. Didn’t love my hair stylist not in that she cut my hair wrong as the cut was actually perfectly fine but she kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to cut my hair this short(my hair is already short this haircut was a trim) and on the final cut she said oh well it will always grow back. It was kind of rude. I’m an adult and at this point in my life I know how I like my hair so there is no need to be judgemental when someone has there hair short. There is nothing special about my hair so I don’t mind going to a chain hair cut place to save money.

I usually go to the Marlboro location and get consistently good service and results. I’ve been to the Framingham location twice. The first time I got a very fast, uneven cut. The second time, today, I was told there was a 10 minute wait(no one else was waiting) After some time I realized the three women in the chairs were getting perms, color, etc. After 20 min I went back up and asked what was going on. The guy had the gall to tell me «You can see we are busy.» I walked out and will never step foot in this location again.

This Supercuts offers a «Call Ahead Service.» I happened to be in the parking lot at 3:00pm this Thursday afternoon and called ahead to see if I can get a haircut without waiting. I was told by Melissa that I can come right now and that there is no wait. I gave Melissa my name and stressed that I was in the parking lot and that I would come right inside. I went right in and was told by an attractive but rude bitch that there were two people ahead of me. When I calmly explained that I had just called, given my name and was told there was no wait, she continued talking at me with a very childish deflating kind of attitude. Why a business would allow someone with absolutely no people skills to greet people is beyond me. If it matters; I am a well dressed professional male in my 60’s. Her behavior was unacceptable. I left the store, vowing never to return. A cheap haircut should not mean putting up with poor behavior.

This place is nothing more than a assembly line of haircuts. While it is cheap the quality will leave you less then satisfied. You are better off paying a little more elsewhere where you will get you a haircut you will be proud.
