I am disappointed. I often come here for a fast lunch. Today I ordered a small drink with my meal. I didn’t get it but noticed she never rang it up. Whatever, I let that go. The disgusting part is what appears to be the manager(wearing a blue denim collared shirt) was handling food without gloves on. He was ordering the staff around, kept putting his hands in his pockets and on his belt, and then touching food!!! This is disgusting. The rest of the staff have their gloves on and working hard. I will not eat at this location again and wouldn’t suggest you do so either.

well where to start. i guess with why the place is so understaffed all the time. i come here sometimes to pick up food for work regardless if im eating it or not. every time i go in at lunch there is a line to the door. well i guess thats normal but if its always busy why not have more people working. 1 person working the register who was about as high as high can be. he could barely open his eyes and i had to repeat my order 6 times. when he gave me my change it was wrong 3 times. from the time i walked in to the time i got my food was about 17 minutes. good luck trying to get your kids together long enough to get your food. you can go to chipolte and get much better food and only have to wait 10 – 15 minutes at lunch the kid packing my food had his hat pulled down so far over his face hat to see anything straight on he had to bend backwards and almos fall over. his hat fell off at one point and once again it looked like he was very high or on something. as he picked up his hat he laugh with the cashier about how«blazed he was«and then the manager came over and made a few jokes with them before grabbing some chicken and eating it on the line while we all wait to be served. after all of that i requested a refund before i even got my food and it took about 5 minutes before i was given one. i will never for any reason go to a taco bell or kfc again.

This is the franchise Taco Bell forgot about. This place is prob the worst decision you could make. After waiting forever to place my order, the cashier appeared to have understood my request for no sour cream on two burritos. I get the order, 2 random wrong tacos, and the burritos all had sour cream. The employees def don’t wanna be there. I dumped the food and went down the street to bk. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Sorry Taco Bell, never ever coming back.

When I first went here they were out of chicken(it’s actually a KFC taco bell) and the guy at the counter acted a bit short. I went there again afterwards and everything was stocked and the service was fine. Got a quesarito both times and it was the bomb!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I definitely would. I was craving Taco Bell so my husband picked up some on his way home from Connecticut(Home= Boston, MA). He stopped by this Framingham location since it was on the way. He ordered 1 Mexican Pizza with beef and NO beans, 2 Baja Chalupas, 1 Cheesy Crunchy Gordita, 1 Doritos Locos Supreme Taco. Looking at the receipt, it seems like the cashier got it correct but I guess the kitchen doesn’t care what’s on the order screen. The only mistake my husband made was to not check the contents of the bag because they completely gave us the wrong order. The Mexican Pizza had zero beef and it was all beans. It was soooo friggin soggy and looked gross. The Doritos Taco was not the Doritos shell that we were expecting. The cheesy crunchy Gordita was soggy and wet and stale. There totally was no «crunch» to it. The Chalupas were the only thing that was correct in the order and guess what? They skimped on the beef. The amount of beef is as big as my middle finger and quite frankly, that’s what they should get instead of one star on Unilocal.The entire meal was so disgusting so we threw everything away and didn’t bother finishing the meal. A couple of bites said it all. We called to see if they can refund our order because we are not driving 30 miles round trip. It’s not worth our time and we don’t want to have to pay another round of toll fees just to fix a $ 17 order. It’s stupid to drive all the way back. Thankfully my husband used a credit card to pay so that we can dispute the order. Our CC company will definitely get a call first thing Monday morning. In the meantime, fellow Unilocalers, avoid this place– OR– order the opposite of what you really want since they like to play that game. Also, prepare your taste buds for staleness galore!
