I started out here on a groupon and returned for service because it was the best I have ever had, and continues to be this day. Dr. Zisk does my Botox, when I’m in town, and he is a bonafide expert in it. He can raise my brow, his injections last the longest(so I know he’s not saturating the cc’s improperly with saline), and his injections are right on the money, exactly where I need, and the exact result that I want. I have had Botox from other providers where I have experienced almost no result with the«same» amount of Botox and another that wore off within about 4 weeks. I had another provider inject in a wrong area and left me with a headache for weeks. Botox injections are something that require skill, and it’s obvious to me that not every provider has some!!! They also keep meticulous records because they are able to look-up my past appointments within seconds of my calls. They are always professional and regularly run on-time. There is also plenty of free parking. Overall I would strongly recommend Dr. Zisk as an expert in this difficult and tricky field.

I tried this MedSpa on the recommendation of my mother, who drives by it often. I am fairly conservative when it comes to spa treatments and usually just go for a basic facial. When I called the spa and asked for an appointment for a facial, the spa manager took the time to ask me what my specific skin concerns were. After our conversation, I decided to be a little adventurous and try an amino acid peel. I am so glad I did! The esthetician was excellent, very friendly and she answered all of my(many) questions. After the peel, my skin felt so much brighter and my makeup went on more smoothly. I have been back for another peel since then and enjoyed the second one just as much. The spa is very low key and relaxing and I never felt pressure to buy products to take home. I did purchase a vitamin c serum and it really seems to help with my occasional breakouts.

I went here for laser tattoo removal. I had one session with the Dr. The consultation was $ 50 that I had to pay over the phone to hold my spot, and upon looking at the tattoo, he told me it would cost $ 340PERSESSION to get rid of. Also he told me, I’d need at least 5 to get rid of it. I also have a 2nd tattoo I want gone, and that would be at least 7 sessions. I agreed and had one session done. The pain was unbelievable. No Novocain, pills, anesthetic, nothing. He didn’t tell me until after that there is a numbing cream that would help. I cried the entire session. Anyways, he warned me about the pain, enough said about that. So I made another appointment for 6 weeks in the future, because that’s how long you have to wait between sessions. So I showed up on time(15 minutes early actually) for my appointment… and the place was closed! I was so angry. I called the place and left a mildly nasty voice mail. I got a call back on the following Monday, apologizing for their mistake(they had me in the wrong month) and asking when I’d like to reschedule. This is where it really turned into a nightmare. I explained that I’d need a late afternoon appointment, like the other 2 appointments I made, She told me that the next available wasn’t for another 2 weeks because the Dr decided he didn’t like working late anymore and will only do it 2 days a week from now on. That pissed me off, but I said ok, fine, I’ll take that day. She said, «well I have to call to see if that will even work for him» I was like«what?!» ok whatever call me back tomorrow. She didn’t call me back for 2 days and left a voice mail saying that I was his last appointment so I should make sure I was on time. That’s when I said enough is enough. I called back saying I don’t want to make another appointment, don’t schedule me. When I’m potentially going to be spending over $ 3000 dollars at an establishment, I want to be treated better then that. The Dr. should have realized they screwed me over and made a point to get me back in as soon as possible. I mean, each session takes less then 10 minutes! I’ve spoken with another Dr. who has looked at my tattoo. FREE consultation I might ad. She told me that clearly the Dr. did let the laser penetrate where the tattoo is enough, like he went too fast and skimmed over it. Which means that instead of getting rid of it in 3 session it would take 6 – 7 instead. It’s bull sh*t in my opinion! Bad business practices at The Sophia Med Spa in Framingham and I’m telling EVERYONE!
