Mojo Headquarters Cafe

Our goto place for breakfast, lunch and snacks! Mojos has the best coffee and expresso drinks. They make great breakfast sandwiches. Today they had a breakfast pizza even! And at lunch, they have great pizza, burgers and salads. Just a fun funky food place with a little bit of spice!

Cute place and very nice staff. Food took quite awhile but we did have 6 items so that could be part of it. We had a variety of sandwiches which were good. The favorite of the table was the steak bomb with no mayo. Not sure why they would offer it with mayo to begin with. Not a super fan of the cranberry chicken salad. Quesadillas were good. Would recommend it!

So I called on Sunday to order food only to find out they ran out of pizza?
I went today and ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. It didn’t look very busy and I was the only person in line. I was informed it would be 30 minutes, which seemed very long for just dining in pizza. I waited, waited, and waited, saw about 20 people come and get food and leave and finally after 50 minutes my pizza was finished. The pizza was tasty, but in that time I could just as easily have gone to the supermarket and made my own. I think they made 5 pizzas total in the 70 minutes I was there.

Stopped here twice while staying in Franconia for the weekend. Very eclectic, wannabe hip café. Got a few mixed signals in there: kind of a hippie vibe, coupled with some offensive, hostile décor. About a billion TVs playing live rock music… the whole place felt like a bar had sex with a café and their resulting brat grew into one of those political hipster douches we all knew in college.
Service was ok. The guy behind the counter was friendly, but not helpful as we tried to figure out what to order, esp given our dietary restrictions. We had a pizza the first time and breakfast sandwiches the other time, both were really good. Coffee was terrible. No decent room to sit. Get it to go.
I really want to give 3 stars, but choices were slim in the area and at least this place has some soul.

Really enjoyed this off-​key café. Had just completed the copper mine /​bridal veil falls trails and needed something to fill up on. Had the mojo burger– which was the best burger I’ve had in years in this unassuming little place. Wow. I’m getting misty thinking about it now. Snarky paraphernalia all about the place. I’m from out of town so I have no idea what their problem is with Bethlehem. But I don’t care. Give me another burger and I will join the campaign. See you next year.

We stopped here on a scenic trip through the mountains and it was fantastic. The owners husband sat outside with us and made us feel right at home. He gave us some pizza to try and it was amazing. Also enjoyed one heck of a sandwich and some great coffee. These were some of the nicest people I’ve run into in all of my traveling and I would absolutely return if I find myself in the area again. Thanks again guys for the food, hospitality, and great conversation!

On the suggestion of our innkeeper, we stopped in here for a light lunch, and weren’t disappointed. Our sandwich wrap was a good portions size, and tasty. We also found the service to be perfectly friendly and efficient, so we didn’t really have anything to complain about there either. Wendle’s would still be our first choice in Franconia, but if it was closed for any reason we’d be fine coming here instead!

Good drinks. We unintentionally arrived right before closing time, but our barista could not have been more pleasant to us. She didn’t rush us, and she was even nice to us when we accidentally stepped in the pile of dirt she’d been sweeping. :)

Disappointed. Terrible latte, even worse service, could barely get the young girl to get out of her chair and when she did the attitude was more offensive than the latte. Took one sip and threw it out. Very different from my first experience four years ago.

Great Coffee. The inside has a lot going on, and is quite eclectic. Wish I tried some of the food, but just came for some high test Java. They delivered with the Italian Roast.

The mojo burger was great, th coffee as well. The banana bread meh.

I was so excited about this place after my first visit. The steak bomb sandwich and the wings were incredible. It was so good, we decided to go back a second time. That experience was not so good. We had some special requests (no cheese on a sandwich) that was ignored. Ok… no problem. We took the sandwich back so they could fix it. Not only did they not fix it, but the owner took a very aggressive stance. She told us that the sandwich comes with cheese. When we pointed out that the ticket specifically said «no cheese», she responded that the kitchen was closed and there was nothing she could do. Not acceptable.
