Such a wonderful place! I was blow away by the selection of ornaments. The place just seemed to never end. You can literally find any Christmas ornament you wish for! No joke. I jaunt wish the prices were a bit more reasonable. Tip: if you check in on Unilocal for the first time they will give you a gift! I didn’t get to do it because there was no service in the store for me but would be happy to find out what the gift actually way

5÷18÷16 About two years ago my husband suggested that we make a trip to visit this store and earlier this year, we decided this was the time to do it. If you love Christmas, this is the place for you! I collect ornaments so I’m glad I started in the right section(3&4) and I slowly meandered on my way to the ornaments. I picked out a couple of gifts and had them personalized. It only took ten minutes and her work was beautiful. All of the employees we encountered were very warm and friendly. My little boy loves Christmas lights so he was also thrilled to be at «the Christmas store». Some of the ornaments are a little pricey so just pick something else! There are multiple options for everything. The ones I chose from Poland all stated they were made in Poland. I was like a little kid in a candy store and I can probably decorate an entire tree with the ornaments I bought on this trip. It was worth it and I can’t wait to return to Bronner’s!

This is always a fun place to go around the holidays. They have quite a large assortment of things here. From decorations to bulbs to trains to trees. Lots to look at and expect to spend lots of money because most of it is pretty pricey.

This place is HUGE! It’s like a field trip to a happy place. Christmas makes everyone happy! This is a great place, even if you are not going to be buying anything. There are rows and rows of Christmas decorations. My friend had a great time choosing ornaments for her grandson’s first Christmas. Baubles from every country you can think of. Santa dressed in different santa uniforms — I did not even know they were slightly different in different countries! And the Christmas trees! All shapes and colours and sizes! I felt like it was Christmas again just wandering around in here. Oh and don’t forget the Halloween decorations too! Easter bunnies meet & greet was up when we went. There were tonnes of awesome trains for the boys. Even a Halloween one. Definitely worth the drive. It wasn’t busy on the weekend we went.

This place is crazy. These are not my style of Christmas decorations — I prefer smaller classier things(German-made or Scandinavian-made ornaments). So, in many ways, I am not the right person to review Bronner’s, as I know lots of people would/do love it. But if you are looking for a ginormous selection of Xmas ornaments, this is the place.

when they say this is the biggest Christmas store on earth. They mean it they actually have a big red circle that in the entryway where you’re supposed to meet if you get lost in the store. you walk in and are greeted, you pick up your map… there are literally sections of Christmas ornaments for every occupation, every hobby, everything you can even imagine! The cool thing about this story is that it’s not just all Christmas stuff is a section of Halloween, Easter etc… and one thing I found out over the years and how to get the best deals… because trust me you can end up spending a lot of money here! (Look for orange stickers). This signifies that it’s on clearance. Also when you first walk in go all the way to the left and make another left there’s a section called damages out ornaments and items and none of them visibly are damaged other than a small scratch or something is easy is a rhinestone machine that you can fix at home I ended up getting a $ 28 ornament for $ 2 so pan through and through them it pays to look. Another thing they also have a completely different clearance section I believe in 10 B? Ask an employee there they’ll be happy to guide you this one isn’t as hidden as the damaged bulb section. But it’s a whole section of clearance out items if you’re okay with buying ornaments dated from 201413,12 exedra let’s see you had your baby in 2013 boom there you go you have your ornament or your 25th wedding anniversary was in 2007 wow look at that! They have an ornament for you. Or let’s say you didn’t get to pick out your Christmas bulbs last year from Bronner’s pick up your 2015 bulbs for half price yay!!! Anyway take advantage of this awesome Christmas Wonderland being the only one in the world in just an hour or so away from Metro Detroit you will not be disappointed there’s people I’ve seen from all over the world just to come here Chinese Japanese you name it there there that’s how impressive the store is. Oh and don’t forget to use your check in offer if you spend over $ 30 you pick out a free bulb…

It would be considered UnAmerican to say you don’t like Bronners(or Christmas, or giving it 5 stars). This store is awesome. If you’ve grown up in Michigan you’ve probably been here many many times. Thankfully it hasn’t changed. It has a little bit of everything-Christmas items for purchase, Christmas displays and pictures of famous people and the founder Wally Bronner. Often I find myself going here to walk around and usually end up buying something. It’s the perfect stop on a day trip to Franknemuth. If someone is visiting from out of town this is a definite must take them too!

Billing themselves as the world’s largest Christmas store… they are not joking. We have been coming here since I was very little making it a regular stop on our trips north to visit family. Now with a family of my own we are repeating the process when we head to northern Michigan. Over the top in every way… expansions galore over the years to expand floor space. If you can dream it, they have it(or can probably get it). Oh you needed that $ 20K nativity for your corporate lobby? Or maybe your living room? No problem. Hello Kitty? In spades. Christmas cookbooks? German steins? Yes and yes. Even Halloween and other«holidays» have made their way into the store. My cynical self has become a bit jaded to the whole experience over the years though. There isn’t a lot of value to be found here. It is very expensive for most stuff and another reviewer mentioned economies of scale and that it isn’t practiced here, and I agree. It is a straight up cash register for the area. Second, Wally Bronner(bless his soul and the city he helped put on the map, jobs provided, and charities supported) is represented here in almost a cultish fashion. I have never been a fan of business owners holding themselves out in the open like this, photos with important people, etc. It just feels self serving to me but I guess I’m old fashioned. Anyhow… it is their business and their money. So we like coming here once a year to kick around. The store is truly beautiful and fun to look around(and spend money if inclined). Worth a stop for the experience alone.

I have boxes of ornaments from Bronner’s that are several designs ago, so my boyfriend and I were very excited to take our girls there to start our annual ornament tradition. There is a massive amount of selection, except for tree skirts. The selection was maybe ten so I was sad. We had a great time wandering around(except for dodging the occasion child throwing a tantrum) and looking at all of the variety. We ended up choosing a sea horse for our upcoming trip to Florida, a lighthouse, a peacock feather made in Poland, a piano, and a clear moose. I like that the bathrooms were right at the front, because after the long drive we were all looking for one. Use the map to find specific things, and make sure to get a photo with the Santa statue on the way out!

From the outside, I feel like I’m getting in line for the Matterhorn at Disneyland. Although it’s not as fun, it will definitely get you into the Christmas spirit. Sure, a lot of the ornaments are overpriced and look cheesy, but it’s a lot of fun to look and you could even get suckered into buying some. Almost a quarter of the store is dedicated to personalizing ornaments and everything seems to be well-organized into sections like occupations, food, countries. Although they should really work on the countries; under China I saw soy sauce, a takeout box, and a really bad-looking plate of sushi. Africa was just chucked together as one country. That being said, the best part is looking at the decorated trees all across the store and getting inspired. If none of that appeals to you, at least you can check out the ornaments/equipment in person before ordering it online. Note: There is an old check-in offer on the Unilocal app but when I presented it, the cashiers were pretty confused. Have them ask their manager about it and you might just get it approved.

Once a year, every my family takes a short 2 hour trip to shop at Birch run mall, hit Bronners for ornaments and atmosphere and then goes to Bavarian Inn for chicken dinners. It has become a family tradition we always look forward to. This year it was so busy at Bronners that it was not enjoyable at all for any of us. We were there maybe 20 minutes and decided to leave. It’s unfortunate but that was the reality that day. The bathrooms were so bad that I was actually refused to use one until they had someone available to service it. I literally told the lady I had to go so bad I might pee my pants and she suggested I use a trash can. Classy! Parking was a mess! If not for having my mothers handicap parking we would’ve been looking for parking for awhile. It was almost impossible to stop and view items to purchase as there was literally elbow to elbow people trying to walk around. Very chaotic! Not organized very well. Sadly, we may skip Bronners in the future despite its nostalgia

UPDATE: owners contacted approx 4 months after my review and said they would send me a certificate for a free ornament the next time I drive nine hours to be treated horrible. However they did ensure that the Unilocal coupon is good and that all cashiers have been reminded about it. I love Christmas and this place is awesome but they treated person the wrong way that being me the Christmas obsessed woman Who planned her trip around this store. So I’m glad I got it fixed for those who travel in 2016 hopefully. Planned a trip specifically to come to Bronner’s checked in on Unilocal for free ornament with $ 30 purchase we spend $ 400 and got nothing! Way to spread your Christmas spirit! Ruined the feeling of the trip. Absolutely no attempt to make it right for me my aunt and my mother!

If you’re from Michigan and you don’t know what Bronners is, I feel sorry for you. This is the only place where Christmas is all year long. There’s not a single person who comes here and not have a smile painted on their face when they walk through those doors. Even if you’re not really buying anything. Just walking around and doing some browsing is a fun and leisurely activity here. If you go through all the merchandise, you will easily spend hours just looking at interesting things. The village section in particular is always a crowd favorite. Everything and anything that is on display in the model villages can be bought all wrapped up in a box. We, like most people come here to buy ornaments to gift to friends and family. They have thousands of assorted gift ornaments that you can personalise. It’s free personalisation. Just line up, go to the next staff with the impeccable penmanship and they’ll knock it out for you. I love coming here and never have I ever had a bad experience. Thank you very much Bronners for an amazing time.

Have enjoyed visiting Bronners all my life, but this last trip was on a holiday weekend(Sunday after Thanksgiving). All I can say is wow… the humanity!!! Not a parking spot to be found after 15 minutes of stalking, so I drove to about 100 miles outside of the North Pole and walked back to meet my family which I had so gentlemanly delivered at the South entrance. My point is, be ready to wait for parking or walk a pretty good distance if you visit at Holiday weekends. Crowd management inside didn’t exist, except for the issuing of hourly tickets so kids could meet Santa. That seemed to function. Word of advice to double wide stroller owners… leave them in the car here during peak times. Everyone I saw with one seemed miserable, and folks who had to try and squeeze around you probably loved you. :-) The checkout process was very well handled… at least I thought. It moved very fast, but maybe we were lucky! I still love this place, but next time I’ll stay away at holiday time! On a final note, don’t think you’ll see big discounted Christmas stuff here… MSRP pretty much a standard, but they have just about every possible Christmas decoration you can imagine… and some that you just have to see to believe! On ornament for every soul(even saw some shotgun shell Christmas lights!)

Luckily for me, I grew up not too far from here so this place is a bit of a tradition for me. Nothing brings out the kid, no matter how old you are, like Christmas! And walking into Bronners your completely surrounded by it. What a great place this is! They have every type of decoration imaginable. Trees, lights, nativity scenes, garland, and more ornaments than you have ever seen in one place. I love that they will personalize them for you while you go shop. Don’t skip over the outside area, there are lots of lights of lights and different little scenes all over. And then make sure to go to visit the silent night chapel, which is my absolute favorite. Look for coupons when you’re in town, and don’t forget your free Unilocal bulb when you purchase over $ 30, and trust me, you will!

Bronner’s is truly a winter wonderland for anyone who loves Christmas. Much to my girlfriend’s chagrin, I am obsessed with the winter holiday season. I’m the annoying friend who is ready to put up lights and go caroling the moment Halloween ends. And so, Bronner’s is a paradise. This store is massive, and has everything one could possibly need for the Christmas season. The entire place is in full decoration, with moving displays and beautiful lights. It’s hard to look up at the decoration scenes and look down at the merchandise at the same time. They sell things like string lights in wide variety and shapes, inflatables for the yard, trees, tree skirts, stockings. You name it, they have it. My favorite part of this store is without a doubt the ornaments. Seemingly, there’s an ornament for everything. It’s the kind of place where you spend way more than you anticipated, because you didn’t even know you needed that. Did I ever really plan on buying glass ornaments shaped like grilled cheese or nail polish? Of course not. Did that lessen my want for them? Not a damn bit. If you’re in Frankenmuth, this is a place you have to stop. Be prepared to wander aimlessly for hours filling your cart with Christmas spirit, no matter what time of the year you go there. The staff is upbeat and friendly, and ridiculously well-informed about products. How they memorize where each ornament is is beyond me, but God bless them because they are super helpful.

There’s no place on earth quite like Bronners period; its the kind of place everyone should experience at least once. I’ve been coming here since I was a child and it holds a special place in my heart. I’ve oddly never been here during the Christmas season so I’ve never had to deal with some of the madness other Unilocalers have mentioned. Most of my visits have been in summer. During summer the place isn’t overly packed and you can leisurely shop without dealing with the masses. Bronners is huge and has about every ornament and holiday decoration imaginable. I usually always spend at least 50 bucks in here each year and they do offer a free ornament if you spend 30. Engraving is free and I always get a family engraved ornament each year. Bronners also offers a litle cafeteria inside, if all this shopping makes you hungry or thirsty. Staff here is wonderful and always very helpful. I always get melancholy about my childhood when I come here, so many good memories and I am glad I am able to carry on the tradition with my children.

All Christmas, all the time. What’s not to love about this place? I recently ventured to Frankenmuth with my family on the 4th of July and insisted that we visit Bronner’s. It’s a winter wonderland even in the middle of summer. It is a great place to find slam-dunk gifts. The ornaments selection is ginormous and there is literally something for everyone. Some of the ornaments even include free personalization. Personally I head straight for the Michigan State section to see if there’s any new MSU decorations that I don’t already own. During my latest trip I tried to find a roller derby ornament, but sadly only found one roller skating-related ornament(an artistic roller skate). Sort of a bummer, but they have ornaments for nearly every other sport. Bronner’s does have a very small selection of items for other holidays(Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc.), but they are very nice items indeed. I could spend hours in here. Sometime I will come by myself so that I can do just that.

You walk through the doors and your in the Christmas wonderland. It’s almost like being a child again. Open 361 days a year and they carry everything you could ever imagine or dream of for you Christmas holiday wants and needs. The staff are friendly and overly positive and helpful. Smiles all around by the staff and customers. It’s easy to get lost here though. Don’t forget what entrance you came in. lol A must if your ever up in the Frankenmuth area.
