Glorified Handyman. We hired Tom Best and his union workers (Tom did most of the work) to do caulking, charged $ 6,900. We had a contract and I noticed that some important things were missing and was promised they would be done, well he didn’t, gave me a hard time about it. After he said they were finished I went over what was written on the contract and noticed some of the work wasn’t completed. He also promised that they would remove old caulk and they did not, just caulked over the old caulk. Our handy man would of done a much better job and for alot less!
