Brand new HE air went out Friday. Called King and they sent Mario from Artisan. Knowledgeable, courteous and honest. Was worried someone was going to tell me condenser had to be replaced. Did freeon check and said good. Looked at back of unit and said condenser was really dirty. Told us HE units are really sensitive. Cleaned out with hose and then waited to make sure everything was working properly. Reasonably priced service call. Running like a champ since then. Thank you Mario for being so honest.

My AC went out on Monday. Called Artisan because 3 years earlier we had had them out to clean and check the AC and my husband said the technician was honest and helpful. I was pleased to find out that they are still providing good service 3 years later! They came out on Tuesday and were honest and extremely helpful with recommendations for my unit. They didn’t overcharge me nor try to sell me things that wouldn’t help. I’d recommend their technician Mario to anyone!
